First Yoga Session

Some time ago, I shared about an upcoming yoga and workout program organized by our company. Our very first workout session happened today evening and I am so excited to share what happened.
The session was scheduled online and we were asked to wear a comfortable dress and also arrange the laptop on the floor in order to get a proper view. Also, we were asked to bring a bottle of water and a face towel apart from the yoga mat.
I was title bit wondered how to deal with all these camera arrangements. Finally, I prepare a corner of my room for this work.
The session began at 5 and our instructor's name was Christa. As the session was only for girls, we had enough space to move freely. Actually, many of them hadn't done any yoga before, so it was completely a new experience for us and also a little bit painful at the first time.
We started with simple stretching for hands and then move to hips, legs, and back. Some positions were a bit difficult for me. Christa was amazingly flexible and she interpreted things without any effort. Sometimes I laughed at myself :)
During some movements, I felt pain due to a lack of practice. I think this opportunity is very good for me to change. I usually skip this kind of muscle-moving thing, but this time I was very excited about this. The session was 1h and she did several Asanasa, where I really couldn't catch the names. But in the end, I felt very relaxed. So excited for the next session.

An amazing act. You all are very lucky. It's a rare experience which we can expect from a work place. I think for a beginer it is not easy to do yoga throughout an hour. Anyhow, when you will practice frequently, it would be easy for you.
I had an interest in Yoga. It's good to hear that you relaxed after doing Yoga. I must try.
