There is a goal behind every task or at the core of every journey, where everyone tries their best to reach. Likewise behind my steam ride there is also a beautiful dream and goal, all my efforts and interest to reach that goal. We all want to see our location in a beautiful place and make our efforts more joyful by reaching the desired location. Because the desired position not only makes our time enjoyable, but also strengthens our self-confidence.

প্রতিটি কাজের পিছনে কিংবা প্রতিটি যাত্রার মূলে একটি লক্ষ্য থাকে, যেখানে পৌছানোর জন্য সবাই নিজের সাধ্যমত চেষ্টা করেন। তেমনিভাবে আমার স্টিম যাত্রার পিছনেও একটি সুন্দর স্বপ্ন ও লক্ষ্য রয়েছে, আমার সকল প্রচেষ্টা এবং আগ্রহ সেই লক্ষ্যে পৌছানোর জন্য। আমরা সবাই আমাদের অবস্থান একটি সুন্দর স্থানে দেখতে চাই এবং কাংখিত অবস্থানে পৌছানোর মাধ্যমে আমাদের প্রচেষ্টাগুলোকে আরো বেশী আনন্দময় করতে চাই। কারন কাংখিত অবস্থান শুধুমাত্র আমাদের সময়গুলোকে উপভোগ্য করে না, বরং আমাদের আত্মবিশ্বাসকে আরো বেশী মজবুত করে তোলে।

As everyone probably knows, tomorrow's special initiative is related to the increase in power. Where everyone will increase their power according to their ability and if they can win by competing with everyone, they will get a chance to get a certain amount of Steem power. And it is natural that everyone will want to take advantage of the opportunity. But why this initiative has been taken and what is the reason behind it?

সবাই হয়তো জানেন, আগামীকালের একটি বিশেষ উদ্যোগ এর কথা পাওয়ার বৃদ্ধি সম্পর্কিত। যেখানে সবাই নিজের সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী পাওয়ার বৃদ্ধি করবেন এবং সকলের সাথে প্রতিযোগিতায় লিপ্ত হয়ে বিজয়ী হতে পারলে একটি নির্দিষ্ট পরিমান স্টিম পাওয়ার লাভ করার সুযোগ পাবেন। আর সুযোগটি সবাই লাভ করতে চাইবে এটাই সাভাবিক। কিন্তু কেন এই উদ্যোগটি নেয়া হয়েছে এবং পিছনের কারনটি কি?

One of the purposes of this is to create interest in self-reliance among all. Because in the initial stage we are all a little more greedy, this is why we try to sell our powers in the hope of getting something in cash without increasing our own power and seek the cooperation of those who have more power. This is a very wrong attitude, but if we have enough power and if we try to build enough power, then of course our position will be stronger.

এর অন্যতম উদ্দেশ্য হলো সকলের মাঝে নিজে স্বাবলম্বী হওয়ার আগ্রহ তৈরী করা। কারন প্রাথমিক অবস্থায় আমরা সবাই একটু বেশী লোভী হয়ে থাকি, যার কারনে নিজের পাওয়ার বৃদ্ধি না করে নগদ কিছু পাওয়ার আশায় আমাদের পাওয়ারগুলো বিক্রি করার চেষ্টা করি এবং যাদের কাছে বেশী পাওয়ার রয়েছে, তাদের নিকট সহযোগিতা কামনা করি। এটা খুবই ভুল একটি মনোভাব, কিন্তু আমাদের যদি পর্যাপ্ত ক্ষমতা থাকে এবং আমরা যদি পর্যাপ্ত ক্ষমতা তৈরীর চেস্টা করি, তবে অবশ্যই আমাদের অবস্থান আরো বেশী মজবুত হবে।

Adequate power means not only building one's own abilities but also creating more interest in one's work and above all creating opportunities to widen the path to victory. Having more means making the future journey more beautiful and enjoyable, more power means creating a path to more income. So we should not think about getting cash, but create a way to get more in the future. And the only easy way out is to increase your power.

পর্যাপ্ত ক্ষমতা মানে নিজের সক্ষমতা শুধু তৈরী করা না বরং নিজের কাজে আরো বেশী আগ্রহ তৈরী করা এবং সর্বোপরি বিজয়ের পথ আরো বেশী প্রসস্ত করার সুযোগ তৈরী করা। বেশী পাওয়ার মানে ভবিষ্যৎ যাত্রা আরো বেশী সুন্দর ও উপভোগ্য করা, বেশী ক্ষমতা মানে বেশী ইনকামের পথ তৈরী করা। সুতরাং আমাদের উচিত হবে নগদ প্রাপ্তির কথা চিন্তা না করে, বরং ভবিষ্যৎতে আরো বেশী কিছু প্রাপ্তির পথ তৈরী করা। আর এই ক্ষেত্রে একমাত্র সহজ উপায় হলো পাওয়ার বৃদ্ধি করা।

And in this case I also have a good dream, I want to fulfill that dream by increasing my power. My dream is to increase the Steem capacity to 50,000 and make my Steem journey stronger and more enjoyable. I believe that every dream can be successful and realized, if we try sincerely. Because of the right interest and effort is the most effective way to achieve the goal.
