Helping hands at Meth Sewana Foundation | SL-Charity Phase III
Can you remember the last time I went to this amazing place Helping Hands | Meth Sewana Foundation?
It's a charity home for children, mostly disabled kids. Now there are around 145 children there. Most of them hardly can do their daily routine. So, owners are doing a great and very noble job here. Now, there are some other workers too.
Last year my school friends and me arranged a dinner there. So, this time also we planned to do the same and with the help of SL-Charity Phase III, plan is to give them some presents too.
From SSL Charity, I receive Rs.20000 for the course.
Due to the COVID 19 situation, this time we bought only the dry food and other necessary items. Because before everything, these 145 kids should have a proper meal.
Last weekend, we went shopping and bought some items, soap, toothpaste, biscuits, diphers, and rice, sugar etc.
Rice 50kg - Rs.4500
Chicken - Rs.4000
So, we hope to give the dinner and these gifts on the 5th of this month. Waiting to see those happy faces again!!
