I used to use @blocktrades for STEEM transactions but they stopped supporting STEEM I wasn't sure what I was going to do with it since I didn't want to use poloniex or sign up for bunch of other exchanges and stuff.
But then I then I saw this @cardboard 's post

Super simple STEEM <> Hive token swap!
You just need to send token to @swap.app and swapped token will be sent to the other blockchain.

Steps are exactly the same on both chains.
Just go to your wallet page and "Transfer"
Send tokens to "swap.app". Use your active key to complete the transaction.
That is it!
You will receive swapped token on the other chain and the transaction was pretty fast.
It only took like few seconds.

If you want to send swapped token to someone else, use memo and enter username in there.

Two additional options available:
send 0.001 STEEM / Hive to receive message about current exchange ratio
you can specify the recipient on the other chain - just enter @username in the memo

If you are on both chains or want to swap their tokens...

swap.app is simple, fast, and easy!

I think this is still a testing phase and it is not official yet but I think this is going to be a great tool!

トークンをswap.appに送るだけの非常に簡単なものです。登録とかログインとか必要なので、すごく便利です。
