Homemade Tortillas: パンは全然だめだ。。。

Yesterday I went to grocery shopping but forgot to bring my shopping list at home so I didn't get tortillas 😰 🤦‍♂️

So I watched some Youtube, homemade tortillas recipes and though I could make this!!!
Very few ingredients so simple, I didn't know 🤯
AP flour + water + little salt + little EVOO mix them together and this 👇 (where did it go...)

I added some sourdough starter in there too since I can't make sourdough anyway and smash it with this stick thing and make it very thin and pretty 😳

Cook it in the high heat pan for few minutes...

That is all!!! Homemade Tortillas!!! 🤩 🤩 🤩

It was so easy why I didn't think of this before. I don't need to buy tortillas any more.
I think this profit margin is crazy high OMG 🤯 tortillas company is so dirty they charge stuff like this for $10 lol.

ホントに。。。手作りのパンは非常に難しい。
普通の手作りパンでも十分難しいのに、グルテンフリーのサワードウブレッドみたいなのが作りたいので、ずーっと試してるけど全然うまくいかない。
なので、トルティーヤにしてみた。
小麦粉に作りかけでダメになったサワードウブレッドの残骸を混ぜて水、塩、オリーブオイルをちょっと入れて混ぜ混ぜするだけ。
あとは、木の棒で薄く延ばしてフライパンでちょっと焼くだけ。
こんなに簡単にできるならパンはもういいかなぁ。個人的には十分パンっぽいし。
