Today, I present the 18th edition of our daily mini challenges here in our community. This activity is meant to promote engagement within our community and also contribute to the smooth and healthy growth of our curation ability. I hope this also improves the creative ideas of members in this community.
Each day, a question will be presented within these challenges. Top 3 answers to these questions will be awarded with 2 steem each. Remember, plagiarism will not be tolerated in this challenge. You can invite your friends who share a passion for the game of football to also join us and participate.

We all have certain players we've looked up to before for our own reasons. This is mainly because of the admiration we have for certain qualities they possess. In this edition, we will picture ourselves as footballers and see which player's playing style we would like to emulate.

Hoy os presento la 18ª edición de nuestros minirretos diarios aquí en nuestra comunidad. Esta actividad tiene como objetivo promover el compromiso dentro de nuestra comunidad y también contribuir al crecimiento suave y saludable de nuestra capacidad de curación. Espero que esto también mejore las ideas creativas de los miembros de esta comunidad.

Todos tenemos ciertos jugadores a los que hemos admirado antes por nuestras propias razones. Esto se debe principalmente a la admiración que tenemos por ciertas cualidades que poseen. En esta edición, nos imaginaremos como futbolistas y veremos qué estilo de juego de un jugador nos gustaría emular.

I'm going to choose a player from the late 90's who epitomised why I fell in love with the game to start with... Stuart Pearce (nicknamed Psycho).
Perhaps an unusual choice in that he wasn't flashy, he didn't have any flair, and to be quite honest, probably lacked ability altogether. But... he had passion, pride, determination, worked hard. Everything you expect from a player.
There are 2 incidents in particular that stick in my mind.
Disappointingly, the head butt knocked him to the floor, but he didn't complain about it. He just got on with it. Like the small pain of breaking a leg. He wanted to continue and didn't even realise it was broken. I can't imagine any player in today's game doing this. The closest you'll get is somebody telling the referee they shouldn't send somebody off after diving to the floor in the hope they'll get them sent off (Alexander Mitrovic anyone?!)
For flair and genius, I'd vote Jimmy Kebe but I only get one vote so it goes to Stuart "psycho" Pearce.

First of all i must say a very big thanks to @worldoffootball for another edition of the daily mini challenge and i pray that God should continue to guide and shower his blessings on you.
In my own opinion i think if i was a footballer i will like to be like (play like) Ngolo Kante
why i choose Ngolo Kante is because of his tremendious stamina; when ever Ngolo Kante is in the football pitchyou will hardly see him fall down and even if he falls down he stans up immediately.His great takkle; because of his great takkleing he can even mark an evil spirit in the football pitch, his confident when ever he is in the footballer, because as a good footballer you must have confident.
Furether more in my opinion i think Ngolo kante is the best Defensive Midfielder in the word, because any one who watch the match between Chelsea and Manchester united will testify to it, because of his excellent performance in that match he went on to win the man of the match Award.
In conclusion i must say that if i am opportuned to be a footballer i will like to be like Ngolo Kante even in my next generation.

Hello, @worldoffootball, it's a pleasure to be part of this challenge; my first actually.
I know a lot of people are going to choose either Messi or Ronaldo . But to be honest, currently, I would choose Romelu Lukaku any day!
We all know his spell at Manchester United raised some eyebrows about his abilities, especially his footworks. But currently, he's second to none in his team. I mean, his raw strength to overpower defenders, his zeal, his pace, stamina, excellent shooting abilities and some dribbling abilities makes him the player every team needs. He's the second best goal scorer in his league after Ronaldo. If I were a player, Lukaku would be my man, whether I'm the opponent or not.

Hi @worldoffootball, I didn't know about these daily mini challenges it will be a pleasure to be part of them, thanks for the opportunity.
If I have to choose a player to admire that is without a doubt Ronaldinho Gaucho that player with a tremendous smile and magic in his feet.
Every Ronaldinho game was a total spectacle, to see him always playing with that smile even if he was fouled, carded or fouled against is the most remarkable thing because even those things he enjoyed as part of the game.
If I were a footballer I would have loved to meet him on the field, either as a teammate or as an opponent.
Magic, agility, dexterity and trickery everything a world class athlete needs.
He is one of the best to bave ever kicked a soccer ball. Nice choice 👌
Saludos estimados steemians de la comunidad @worldoffootball, me uno al mini desafío diario [#18] Si fueras futbolista, ¿a qué jugador admirarías y por qué?.
Mi selección fue al delantero senegales Sadio Mané, jugador del Liverpool FC inglés, actualmente es una pieza clave para el equipo. A pesar de su poderío como delantero, lo admiro más como persona, ya que en las noticias reflejan un Mané sencillo, humilde y que no olvida sus raíces, a diferencia de algunos futbolistas élite, Mané no se proyecta con ropas de marcas, autos deportivos, mansiones.
Posee un gran sentido de responsabilidad social, en especial su país natal Senegal, que como todo sabemos el continente Africano es uno de los más empobrecidos y afectados con guerras internas. Mané realiza donaciones de ropa, calzados y alimentos para personas en extrema pobreza en su país nativo.
En una entrevista para TeleDakar dijo lo siguiente;
“¿Para qué quiero 10 coches Ferrari, 20 relojes con diamantes y dos aviones? ¿Qué haría eso por el mundo? Yo pasé hambre, trabajé en el campo, jugué descalzo y no fui al colegio. Hoy puedo ayudar a la gente. Prefiero construir escuelas y dar comida o ropa a la gente pobre”.
Sencillamente una persona que vale oro, vivimos en un mundo donde existen empresarios que prefieren gastar millones de $ en fichar jugadores cuando en países africanos mueren niños a diario. Por esta sencilla razón admiro a Sadio Mané. Siempre humilde y ayudando al prójimo...

Para mí este jugador trasciende más allá del fútbol y aunque no sea futbolista lo considero un gran ejemplo a seguir por ende siendo futbolista o no para mí Cristiano Ronaldo es un futbolista a seguir, admirar, respetar y seguir sus pasas.
Su manera de pensar y la disciplina que tiene es su mejor carta a la hora resaltar algo y más aún las estadísticas que lo respalda, no le sobra talento como a otros pero por si forma de trabajar lo convirtió en el mejor jugador. Para mí la historia de Cristiano puede ser una película para aquellos que queremos ser jugadores profesionales.

My idol would've been Chritiano Ronaldo (CR7). Because he's very hard working, I love the way he shoots the ball whenever he sees any little chance, and his fitness.

Good morning steemit and football lovers. I would like to be like Riyad Mahrez. Riyad Karim Mahrez is a professional footballer who plays as a winger for Premier League club Manchester City and captains the Algerian national team.
Mahrez began his career as a youth player for French club AAS Sarcelles.
He is a guy who dances on the pitch. He doesn’t lose balls on the pitch. He makes the extra pass. He attracts opponents on the pitch and after he makes a pass in behind.

“At Leicester, he was outstanding with Jamie Vardy. That’s why we pushed for him. I hope he can continue to inspire me."
