En el fútbol todos construimos y hacemos parte de este hermoso deporte, desde los aficionados, jugadores, entrenadores y otros, sino fuese por todos ellos el fútbol no sería tan relevante. Desde mi punto debo decir que yo como aficionado me hubiese gustado haber jugado en algún club profesional o semi-profesional, pero lamentablemente a pesar de que en más de una ocasión paso por mi mente dedicar parte de mi vida a el fútbol probando suerte en un equipo de mi ciudad y entrenar, pero nunca lo hice, así que si siempre me ha gustado la opción de ser un entrenador u ojeador.

In soccer we all build and are part of this beautiful sport, from the fans, players, coaches and others, if it were not for all of them soccer would not be so relevant. From my point of view I must say that I as an amateur I would have liked to have played in a professional or semi-professional club, but unfortunately despite the fact that on more than one occasion I went through my mind to dedicate part of my life to soccer trying my luck in a team in my city and coaching, but I never did, so if I have always liked the option of being a coach or scout.

Que haría como entrenador/ojeador.--What would I do as a coach/scout.

Yo trataría de ser un entrenador y buscador de nuevos talentos, sería un entrenador que busca formas diferentes a las usadas en mi país para sacar provecho del talento de los jugadores y que sepan usar sus cualidades deportivas o futbolísticas. Un entrenador es aquel que guiá, enseña, oportunidades y rienda suelta a los jugadores.

I would try to be a trainer and a talent scout, I would be a trainer who looks for different ways than the ones used in my country to take advantage of the talent of the players and that they know how to use their sporting or soccer qualities. A coach is one who guides, teaches, gives opportunities and free rein to the players.

En mi tiempo disponible lo usaría para ser ojeador y encontrar nuevos talentos hasta dónde me lo permita mi trabajo y lo económico, creo que con esto ayudaría a muchos jóvenes que no tienen la oportunidad de mostrarse en el mundo del fútbol. Hoy dia en muchos países es usada la tarea de ser ojeador como un negocio con objetivos de lucro y en muchas ocasiones pasan desapercibidos los grandes o potenciales jugadores por no contar con recursos económicos, creo que este es un tema que tiene mucho que ampliar pero debemos hacerlo de forma objetiva y no lucrativa.

In my available time I would use it to be a scout and find new talents as far as my work and economic situation allows me, I believe that this would help many young people who do not have the opportunity to show themselves in the world of soccer. Nowadays in many countries the task of being a scout is used as a business with profit objectives and in many occasions the great or potential players go unnoticed because they do not have economic resources, I believe that this is a subject that has much to expand but we must do it in an objective and not lucrative way.

Visión y objetivo.

• Entrenar a los jóvenes y darle mejores oportunidades futbolísticas y de vida.
• Enseñarles sus fortalezas y debilidades para que puedan crecer.
• Encontrar a todo aquel que desee y tengas ganas de darlo todo un su pasión y equipo de fútbol.
• Darles ejemplos y mostrarles como la constancia, perseverancia, el trabajo y la responsabilidad son claves para obtener el éxito.
• Por último ejecutar todo en el campo de juego y en la vida personal.

Vision and objective.

• To coach young people and give them better soccer and life opportunities.

Aunque la visión sea algo explicado desde un punto de vista general, es una forma de obtener el éxito para cualquier profesional en un área desempeñada, la educación y preparación siempre forma parte de ese éxito.

Opinión personal y conclusión.

Aunque estas solo sean ideas sin plasmar, siempre he creído que puedo hacer esto una realidad con una preparación adecuada, las oportunidades existen y mientras sean aprovechadas, cualquier sueño o deseo es posible de realizar.

En fin creo que este sería mi rol en el mundo del fútbol ya que soy muy analítico y me gusta ayudar. Existen muchos que llegan a ser entrenadores porque no han logrado destacar como jugadores o están cerrando su exitosa carrera como futbolista, pero mi caso es que nunca llegue a ser un jugador habitual y de alguna forma me gustaría aportar mi grano de arena, ayudando a el crecimiento, formación de nuevos jugadores y a encontrarlos esos talentos sin importar donde se encuentren.

Personal opinion and conclusion.

Although these are just unrealized ideas, I have always believed that I can make this a reality with proper preparation, opportunities exist and as long as they are taken advantage of, any dream or desire is possible to realize.

In short, I believe that this would be my role in the world of soccer because I am very analytical and I like to help. There are many who become coaches because they have not managed to stand out as players or are closing their successful career as a soccer player, but my case is that I never became a regular player and somehow I would like to contribute my grain of sand, helping the growth, training of new players and find those talents no matter where they are.
