You have very rightly mentioned a problem that happens in our country. Whether they are adults or young people, they carry the waste secretly and throw it away in the bush. Other people can't see it. But they do not understand that it is not right to do so. You said that because of dumping, there was a task force system that usually oversees it. You are right, as long as there are humans on this earth, waste will be a part of us. So we always need to be clean.
