I see these people who dispose waste wrongly as dirty people who can't take care of their homes. Because you look good from home before coming outside. So when you are dirty inside, it shows outside and when you are clean inside, it shows outside.

Nigeria is very good at setting laws but to carry out the law is usually a problem. This
(NESREA) Act 2007, will not hold water in this country. Till today, people move freely disposing refuse at the wrong places and are not caught. I just wish one day it works,,, Success to you!
