SEC-S15W1 | Big desires and toughest challenges in 2024
Hello my fellow steemian family in this wonderful Steem Indonesia community, I hope my entry is not too late I have been kind of busy but I couldn't have been left out because I have so much desires and challenges in this 2024, but I will just discuss two most difficult challenges I have. I still remain @kemsyluv.

As we all know, desire is a strong feeling of wanting something that has not yet been accomplished and challenges are the odds which makes it difficult for us to achieve those desires.
Today am here to discuss the two most important Desires And Toughest Challenges in this 2024.
FIRST DESIRES |

BUSINESS EXPANSION.
My first desire is to expand my small business (Kempire beauty salon)that I kicked started last year January 2023.
I want to expand it by restructuring the face of the salon, and add more goods. This am sure will attract more customers and more money into my account, so that I will stop eating from hand to mouth (eating without savings)

Though this might seem a bit personal but it one of the biggest challenges I have.
God in his infinite wisdom knew that it was not good for a man(male/female) to be a alone that was why he formed the first marriage between the first two human Adam and Eve. Genesis 2:18, 21-24.
It is one of my toughest desire because, it is a natural intuition or Desire imbedded in us right even before we were born. Nobody wants to grow old and die lonely. I had thought that last year will be the last year of me being single.

Everything boils down to money. As we all know, the beauty of salon is in it sophisticated equipment, the painting design and the structuring. The following are the challenges faced in expanding my business.
-Capital to buy the right and quality products in wholesale in order to satisfy customers. This is one major challenge because if a customer visit and request for a particular product and it isn't in stuck or available, off the customer goes and may never returned.
-Getting high patronage and maintaining customers loyalty. Because of high rate of competition, (chances that there are other salon down the street) may make it difficult to maintain some customers, because some are very difficult to please.
-Keeping up with the trends, hiring qualify experts that can offer varieties of trending styles and services.

One of the challenges I am facing is...
-difficulty in attracting the right person who is trust worthy and ready to settle down. Most times a man will approach me, innocently I will open my heart, only to be disappointed. They are filled with deception and with intentions of just to have sex.
-Another challenge that has mired me to marry is because, I can't find a sincere man who share the same value/goals, lack or poor communication, difference in interesting and lifestyle, incompatibility, disrespecting boundaries and most times boredom (too busy when needed).
Marriage is the most toughest one. This is hard because it has to do with two consenting individuals. In this part of our world (Africa), a lady of marriagable age can not just walked to a man she admires and proposed marriage. If that happens, she will be considered cheap and not taking serious even if the relationship eventually works. It will be a constant reminder that she was the one who asked the man out.
That's why this is more difficult because I have to wait and pray that one day a genuine, kind, loving and God fearing man will come my way and we will get married and have a happy/peaceful union.
In conclusion, there will always be challenges in life. But I have resolved to Maintaining a positive spirit and while waiting on God, I will focusing on the things I have control over. I am positive that one day my desires will be met.

Thank you for the invite. In deed, your desirs are tough and with the present situation of things, they look like the toughest. Business expansion truly needs cash to be able to meet up with the increasing cost of goods and services and to compete favourable.
The location of the business is also another thing to consider.
When it comes to marriage, though tough, but I believe that it is not too late. You can concentrate on building yourself up and try to shift your mind a little from that, then perhaps, the right person will come.
In all, the Almighty knows what you really need. Trust and reliance on him can help. He is waiting patiently to show you favor. And he will surely grant you the desired of your heart that are in line with his will for you.

Your words are so suiting to my ear, you're very correct. I have come to realize that environment is one major determinants to business development. Definitely I will put relocating to a better place into consideration. As for marriage, I will put it in Jehovah hands. He knows what is good for me and am sure in due time he will perfect everything. I really miss you guys.

That both desires can definitely bring a lot of changes in your life as with business expansion you can earn more money and after getting married you will start a new beginning of your life. All good things happen with time!
You might not get married tomorrow or next month, but if you pray about it the right person will come. I truly believe that.
As for expanding the shop, just do it little by little, and in a jiffy, you will be amazed with what you have accomplished.
