See you again in this second week in the Steemit Engagement Challenge S15W2 with the topic "Beware of Bullying". I consider this topic very important to follow, for that I want to invite the participation of @yancar @sailawana @itikna09 @ikwal @rumaisha.
In your life, have you ever received bullying? If yes, in what form? physical, verbal, or through cyber bullying. Leave your review?
This is a bitter experience in life where we have experienced unpleasant treatment from other people, either individually or as a group.
I have had bad experiences with this happening in the past. Actually, this is something I don't want to remember because this incident always remains a deep sense of trauma when I try to repeat and retell it.
When I was sitting in elementary school decades ago, there was a group of children in the same class as me who often bullied me and even tried to commit physical violence. Sometimes I also receive verbal intimidation or threats.
The only cause of this incident was because I often got the first rank/achievement and became the teacher's favorite student at school. Many of my classmates felt jealous, then carried out acts of bullying which made me depressed and miserable.
But in cyberspace I have never experienced bullying at all. Besides, I'm not interested in responding to comments from people who I think don't have good ethics when using social media.
I am very careful, especially in interacting with people I don't know and who have the potential to commit violence through cyberspace who usually carry out verbal violence through verbal abuse and negative comments.
How to equip children to avoid bullying both at school and in their social environment.
I think the attention of teachers and parents is very necessary to prevent bullying at school. So far, we often see violence in schools occurring due to lack of attention and supervision from the school and parents' lack of attention to their children.
It is necessary to teach children about manners so that they have good morals and respect other people. And the most important thing is to give children an understanding of the dangers of free sex outside their parents' control, because this will have a bad impact on behavior in their social environment.
Give your opinion on how to overcome bullying, whether physical, verbal or through cyber bullying
Actually, there are several ways and tips to avoid bullying.
Have self-confidence in relationships.
We often see that victims of bullying are people who are weak and do not have strong self-confidence.Avoid conflict.
Many cases of bullying are based on verbal matters such as hate speech, fighting or fighting. Blaspheming and insulting each other. These are things that must be avoided so as not to create conflict and ultimately lead to acts of bullying both physically and verbally.Maintain privacy on social media.
Currently, cyber bullying often occurs around us, even in the environment where we live. Many people, especially teenagers, "attack" their victims via the internet, especially social media through negative content or publications.
To prevent this, it is important for social media users to always be careful and maintain their privacy well so that they are not accused of being used by people who have malicious intentions.

Hello @chefdanie, indeed bullying should be fought against and not be tolerated in our society.
Your experience in elementary school must have been truly terrifying and traumatising considering that you were very little then.
Being the recipient to so much hate and despise all because of being better at academics. This is certainly something we should protect the future generations from.
