SEC S15W1: : "Big desires and toughest challenges in 2024"

Assalamualaikum Friends of Steemians in the Indonesian Steem Community.
First of all I would like to congratulate the Indonesian Steem Community who was selected as one of the organizers of the Steemit Engagement Challenge S15W1. 👏
For this reason, before I speak at length, I would like to invite my friends @lirvic @itikna09 and @yuswadinisam to participate. Thank you 🙏
Name your 2 big desires that you want to achieve or improve in 2024 and state the reasons for each |

There are many desires that I want to achieve in 2024. However, I will only say two things. One of my real-world desires is to develop the culinary business that I am currently running. I have been running this business independently for several years, and this year I hope to take it even further.
The reason is very simple, by having a more advanced and independent business I will have a stable income and of course this will really help my family's economy.
My second wish is to be more successful on the Steemit platform. Last year I felt like I had stepped a few steps forward. However, in 2024 I want to move even further forward. There is no word SATISFIED in achieving success on this Steemit platform.
My desire is very reasonable. I want to have a good reputation and influence from the previous year. I am very aware that the greater influence we have, the greater our chance to be successful on Steemit. But I realize that this is not easy.
Also mention your challenges or difficulties in achieving these two things, and how to overcome them |

To realize my desire to develop a culinary business, the obstacle I face is financial problems. The lack of capital that I have is a serious challenge that I face.
To overcome this problem, I am making efforts to save my income, although not in large amounts. The point is I have to save as much as possible on my spending budget.
Meanwhile, on the Steemit platform, I face various challenges. One of them is the enthusiasm that I have. Sometimes I feel fed up and bored. I also have spirits that fluctuate under certain conditions.
To overcome this problem, I leave the house more often to find a new atmosphere so that my mind is not stressed and stiff. Besides that, I also continue to motivate myself to maintain enthusiasm and passion for this beloved Steemit platform.
Of these 2 desires, which one is the most difficult for you to make come true? State your reasons. |

Maybe the first one I mentioned above is the most difficult. Because this concerns finances. We know that almost all problems can be solved with money 💰. Haha 🤭
However, I am sure that with confidence and effort I will be able to develop my business this year. And what is no less important is the support from the people around me, especially my family members. They are my foundation for achieving much success this year.
And the last thing that we must not forget is the power of PRAYER. We can plan anything, but in reality everything is with God's permission and will.. Amen 🤲
