The poem is about an obscure entity that overlaps the heart of those that are hardbroken to cause them more pain, while they are sleep she takes the form of who they desire.

While she uses the oportunity to try to break their heart The way many females could easily without effort could break many hearts energy and blood flow for erect that makes them loose control and reason. ( no offense selina, ok )

When males wake up in the morning erect She tries to deceive them that is because of her.

While they do not know that she is trying to attack their broken heart through images she suggests in their sleep.

The poet desires what the entity is causing as a vivid dream and the poet tells what the entity wants to hear, The same as previous female lovers want to hear that , When someone else is loving them with erect power and making hem feel as if it was their first time because they forget about the previous exhausted energy but they still want the previous last drop till empty to continue desiring them So that they are not able to concentrate with another female Through broken heart that needs not to be obstructed for long erect that controls them for those moments While they wonder who and when is the next because their heart flow energy stays intact through the images of their brain imagination that makes them lose reason in reality, for without reason for their previous to continue desiring them to take them to that point farter and farter and for longer periods of time, and that is how the entity that passed away figured a way to stay longer on earth by ataking the heart through sleep imagination at the expense of others.

The poet then through dreams is deceived to believe that it can not go on with his life and starts talking about getting his ex lover back for that the pain is transfered to the heart of his exlover current lover.

The entity causes it through sleep because it wants to move to another broken hearted, as it has found an instinct way to stay on earth after it passed away by continuing to collect as many broken hearted that females could possibly have without erect effort from the heart flow.
