Oh that chicken looks delicious @shimulakter and the coating is such a great combination of ingredients - very flavourful!

I have never poked chicken meat with a fork before coating it - I understand that it would allow the spice paste to penetrate the meat more, but when you cook it does it not get a bit dry, because of the meat juices escaping?

Either way, it still looks divine - and I would imagine that the tomatoes make an excellent "cooler" for the spice!
