WHAT'S WITH AVOCADO?

Avocado is a fruit from an avocado tree, scientifically known as Persea Americana.

This fruit is prized for its high nutrient value and is added to various dishes due to its good flavor where can be suit to any type of dishes and specially for desserts as it has a good texture, taste and color to blend in.

Avocado fruit has become an incredibly popular food among health-conscious i dividuals these days though it is kinda expensive, yet buying it is worth it as avocado does not contain any cholesterol or sodium, low in saturated fat and has a wide variety of nutrients where you can get; vit K, vit B5, vit B6, vit C, vit E, vit K, and Folate. Also, magnesium, manganese, copper, iron, zinc, phosphorous, and vitamins A, B1(thiamine), B2(riboflavin) and B3(niacin). And coming with grams of calories, protein, healthy fats, fiber, and net carbs.

There are many types of avocado that vary in shape and color. The most popular variety is the Hass Avocado, known as Alligator Pear which is in pear-shaped and has the alligator skin-like.

An avocado often takes some time to ripen and should feel slightly soft when ripe.

How excellent it is having those loaded nutrients in just one fruit and great for those in having their modern diet as it is weight-loss friendly and incredibly taste! ♡(∩o∩)♡
