First you have to share your knowledge about swelling, it's type and pathophysiology. (Explain only 4 types no need for extensive knowledge)

Swelling is a reaction in the body that occurs due to a variety of factors. Injuries, insect bites, twisting the foot, excessive walking, not wearing comfortable slippers or high heels, and even during pregnancy, swelling in the feet is often seen. Swelling can occur due to various causes. Various heart conditions, increased uric acid levels, and even a mosquito crawling can cause swelling.

Symptoms of Swelling

We understand that when a part of the body appears slightly raised from the rest and feels tender when pressed, it is considered swollen.

The area where the swelling occurs appears slightly taut and red.

Sometimes this swelling is painless, and sometimes it feels painful when pressed.

The affected area feels warm to the touch.

Types of Swelling

Chronic Swelling

This type of swelling is caused by long-term illnesses, such as arthritis and asthma.

Acute Swelling

This type of swelling occurs suddenly due to an injury or infection. It causes symptoms such as pain and redness.

Generalized Swelling

This type of swelling occurs in people with heavy builds whose body weight rests on their knees. This type of swelling affects the entire body and causes joint pain due to the weight on the knees.

Localized Swelling

This type of swelling occurs in a single part of the body, due to a fall or sprain. Such as swelling in the elbows, ankles, wrists, etc.

Pathophysiology

Several changes are observed in the body during inflammation, such as:

When inflammation occurs, fluid accumulates in the body's tissues.

When blood vessels dilate, the affected area becomes red and warm.

When inflammation causes pain, white blood cells and fluid are released from the affected area.

You have to find a patient with the symptom and share history of injury or illness. You can also share your history too if your suffer from any injury recently that is present with symptom of swelling.

This causes swelling in my feet, pain in my heels, and I can't fully rest my feet on the ground. My slippers become tight. However, applying warm compresses for a few days reduces the swelling and pain. This swelling often occurs over four to five months.

It's best to treat your patient's pain using the physiotherapy management described above, sharing videos or pictures during treatment, and reviewing the treatment afterward.

It would be better if you treat the patient pain by performing or apply above given physiotherapy management, share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment. (Try to use 2 methods at least)

When I developed swelling in my ankles, I also felt a burning sensation on the soles of my feet. It felt like something was burning inside my feet, so I found applying ice packs the best solution. I took a few ice cubes, wrapped them in a towel, and placed them on the swollen area. I also applied the ice pack to my soles for a while.

This brought me significant relief from what I thought was just an irritation. I felt quite relaxed, and my swelling also reduced.

The second solution I tried was to apply a warm bandage to the swollen area of my feet. I applied Moov Pain Removal Cream or warm oil to the bandage. This kept the bandage warm and provided relief from the swelling.

After doing all this, I felt much better, so my doctor stopped my medication, and I got relief from this illness.

Task 1 (1.15/1.5)You shared the great knowledge about swelling, its symptoms, types and pathophysiology. However, you should add a bit more explanation of pathophysiology; otherwise, you did really well.
Task 2 (2.25/2.5)Yes, ankle swelling or foot swelling can cause by uncomfortable slippers. That can be treated by following the physiotherapy protocol. It would be better if your guess the type of swelling in your foot.
Task 3 (4.5/6)Yes, for foot swelling, you have to follow the RICE protocol to relieve pain, reduce swelling and improve ROM. Rest is the much-needed thing after an heel pain and swelling; immediate icing can reduce the internal bleeding and prevent further swelling. I appreciate that you follow all the things, but it would be better to wrap a lengthy cloth around your foot because you just keep a thin layer that didn't wrap completely and even not providing compression to foot.
