History of Minecraft

Knowing the genesis of any subject helps understand the purpose of its existence, this is why I will be briefly glancing through the history of Minecraft.

Minecraft was created in the year 2009 by Markus Persson, A.K.A. Notch. Minecraft was firstly known as the cave game. The cave game came in a different and unique form due to the fact that, unlike other building games, the realistic comes where you have to look for available resources around to build, and build yourself whole trying to survive. There is an opportunity to explore the vast world on the game as it is as the world, and nothing can't be achieved through it.

In the year 2014, Microsoft bought Minecraft from Markus Person for $2.5 billion, upgrades had been made on the game ever since till date.

The major reason why the building the earth contest is in place, is for players of Minecraft to be abound to move around the world as exactly how it is world wide. Everyone can not travel round the world at the same time, but with the help of Minecraft, players can know exactly how the world looks like in actual sizes and ratio.

The fact that Minecraft can contain the world map is amazing, also with the fact that all the materials in the world today can be found for build up, this will make is easy for builders to insert every single details of the earth.

Video title on YouTube :- The Earth in Minecraft, 1:1 scale ...for the first time.

The build in this video spoke mainly about how Minecraft will contain any height or depth on the surface of the earth, with the example of mount everest and so on.

Before now I had no real understanding of what Minecraft is all about but this contest has made me find out by checking videos upon videos, while making me like Minecraft the more.

According to the builder in the video, if builders across the world can create me together to create their environment exactly how it looks, inserting every tower, bridge, lake, river, skyscraper, construction, and so on, and at the end, everything is been matched together, this will enable players to tour round the world even while he or she is in his or her living room.

The most amazing thing it that, Minecraft is free do download, and does not require any special specifications of phone or PC. to play it.

This is my part of the build the Earth contest on Steemit, I hope I am able to meet the requirements of the contest

Hi! Thank you for writing this post. In order for it to be a valid post for the contest, it needs to be about a build in the Build the Earth project. This is about the world file. I would recommend finding a specific build and writing about that.

Ok, Thank you.

Am I permitted to try it again?

Last week's contest is closed, but you can write an entry for this week's contest, ending on Saturday, May 1. Here's the description of the week 2 contest.

The rules are basically the same as week 1. Just find a cool build from the "Build the Earth" project (see resources listed in the contest description) and write a post about it. Make sure you remember to give credit to the person or team who did the Minecraft build that you write about.
