Welcome to my blog today. It's the third week of the steemit engagement challenge for season 8 and I'm delighted to present my entry in this week's challenge. The week talks about fashion trends' impacts on society. I will be giving my view of the said topic by answering the questions below. Let's get started.

Fashion, just like every other aspect of life has some social issues. We have seen many problems in recent times that are associated with fashion industries many of which may include pollution of the environment due to the type of material and chemicals used.

More also, fashion industries made use of animal skin in most of their productions before this time and there are no restrictions to their level of accessing this animal then but animals today are been conserved too hence having access to animal skin is a very big problem for the fashion industries at the moment.

Another disturbing fashion social problem is that workers in this category after working their asses don't get the required payment that will sustain them to continue working more effectively hence they end up making available inferior products for their customers due to low wages given to them by their employers.

Fashion is not static stuff, it's dynamic and hence there are many changes which are expected to be seen in fashion almost every day. As new styles and trends appear, people tend to embrace them even faster. Social media has also helped to pilot these changes more rapidly as it helps fashion designers today to showcase their work on the internet and get recommendations or critics.

Due to the economic challenge of many nations today, the sales recorded in the fashion industries have drastically reduced because people today are after what they will eat and not what they will wear. Because of this, they go for a sustainable fashion design which will last them longer thereby reducing the purchase of other inferior products.

Competition between fashion companies is another big issue. I said this because only those who have good money can be able to advertise their product to cover more places since they can use social media and other means to get the attention of the masses. The fashion company that is just coming up with no good money find it difficult to announce its product to the masses.

Fashion as I have explained above is dynamic stuff and not static. Hence we ought to adopt or follow the trend if we need to be successful. The future of fashion will be that fashion industries will hurriedly adapt to changes according to every customer's desire in that way they can sustain and keep their customers always.

More also, the fashion industries ought to focus more on the proper distribution of their sales via proper distribution of fashion design to the ends of the world. They should make provision for those who are in both the rural area and those that are in the urban area. Everyone should be able to have access to the products.

If possible, they should have a proper order from different users as to how and when they need a product and ensure they deliver when due so that they can be able to retain their customers. In this way, the challenge of having access to products will be eliminated.

As a Christian, fashion has never been my thing because a lot of the fashion going on today are contradicting my faith as a believer. I don't support the idea of people dressing indecently no matter the situation. Fashion has not changed me at all because till this time it's always difficult for anything to entice me.

Though there are few responsible fashions I see that I admire such as good clothes, shoes etc. Over time, when I have a little money on me I go ahead to purchase this material that attracts me even more. My own is to dress responsibly while I look very good and am a model to others.

Any thing that has a good side also has some bad side. Fashion is not an exception as it has its advantages and disadvantages alike. So I will be listing both the positive and negative sides of fashion in our society as well as on our personality.

One of the positive sides of fashion is that the rate of demand has increased significantly because daily more people tend to need more new and unique things. Hence companies tend to work even hard in getting the best and in so doing more employment is usallly done to get the best.

Another thing is that fashion designers are easily known because of the presence of social media and customers also can easily access exactly the type of products they will be needing since they can see most of the design online and then communicate with those in charge.

The negative side of fashion can be seen in that people are becoming more irresponsible as they tend to wear or dress indecently. People become more into material wear and they do anything to get the latest fashion wear which will become obsolete in a few weeks since fashion is dynamic and new changes come out in a week.

Since customers seek new and latest things daily, they once they have bought initially become a waste because it is no longer a trend. People look for trending things and not just anything at all. So it's become a waste that the fashion used in a week becomes obsolete without anyone wanting to associate with it any longer.

Fashion trend impact in our society is a very big issue that everyone is completely involved with either directly or indirectly. We all in one way or another have been affected by the means of this different fashion. We change our clothes, shoes and even our hairstyle because of the new trend we see.
