Some information about my drawing

This picture is showing a beautiful scene of hugging of two lovers. I watched a movie in which I saw this scene and impressed very much. This is very emotional scene of movie at the end. In the last moments, the hero hugs the heroine tightly, expressing deep love, pain and peace all at once. That moment touched my heart deeply. I wanted to capture that same feeling in the form of art. So, I decided to create a drawing that shows a powerful and silent hug between two people. Through pencil shading and simple tools, I tried to show emotions that words cannot express. This drawing is not just art, it’s a feeling frozen on paper.

• 👉Black pencil colour.

Step 1

First, I drew the outline the face of boy. It show a side view with a calm expression. I drew the forehead, nose, lips and chin to make the picture very carefully and it look smooth. Then, I drew closed eyes with long eyelashes to give a peaceful feel. I also sketched the ear and draw short curly hair on top with neat side fades. The neck I kept long and slightly curved to match the head angle.

Step 2

Next, I drew the second person(girl) who is hugged the boy. I took start by draw the shape of her head and a round bun hair style. After this, I sketched her shoulder and back to show how she is leaning into the hug. I also drew arms of boy wrapped around her. Their close pose shows love, care and a deep emotional connection.

Step 3

Now I give more details to the girl's face and expression. I carefully drew her closed eyes and gentle smile to show comfort and peace. Face of girl is resting softly on the boy’s shoulder make feeling of trust. I also drew her hand on his back, showing that she is hugging him tightly too. Her fingers are shaped with care and her sleeve is visible.

Step 4

In this step, I carefully used a black pointer to show all the main outlines of the drawing. This made face, hair, hands and clothing stand out clearly. Then, I used a dark black pencil to shade the boy’s hair. After that, I softly shaded the girl’s hair using a lighter pencil.

Step 5

In the final step, I shaded the boy’s outfit lightly using a black pencil to give it a natural look. Then, I used the black pointer again to make his hair even darker. I also coloured his beard with the same pencil to give natural touch. After that, I coloured the girl’s hair fully in black. Finally, I filled in her clothes with black pencil.
