First, I begin my speech with respect and love for everyone in this community. I hope everyone is well. Today, I came to participate in the contest 📢📢"[CONTEST] My Skill is My Power || Season-10" announced by @pea07 madam on Steem Fashion&Style. Thanks for organizing such a wonderful contest. I'm excited to take part in this lovely competition again.Today I will show my cooking skills in the content of this contest.I like dry filling a lot. It can be made in different ways. In our house, we prepare food in various ways. But I like this Bharta of Shutki very much. today I will tell you how to make it.

How I made those steps
Step one:

Generally, garlic and onion are required in this dish. So firstly I chopped 1 cup of onion and cut half cup of garlic as shown in the picture and washed them after soaking them for a while.

Step two:

Now I put a pan with oil in the oven. After the oil is heated, add chopped onion and chopped garlic. As I am using two types of dryers one is bamboo leaf dryer and the other is squeeze dryer. The dried cut of bamboo leaf fish should be discarded before cooking. So I put it in a hot pan for a while and took it out. Then I cut it out like in the picture.

Then after the onions and garlic are fried a little, I gave them all dry. Then I added turmeric, pepper and salt. Then I took some time to grind the masala

At this stage I add water when I grind the masala. And burned it well for some time.

Step Five:

Then I added a little more salt and after completion, when all the water was dry, I turned off the stove

Finally when the cooking is done I serve the shutki bharta in a bowl. At the end I took a selfie with the food.
