Because talent is the skill you you got naturally doesn't mean it is not a skill besides you can't define talent without skill or any word related to skill. Hard work needs talent or skill to succeed, it's not possible for hardwork to succeed without the help of talent or skill. instead of criticism it's better we encourage both talent and hardwork, they both need each other to succeed.
