Can one really succeed in life with just a talent? Can talent progress without hard work? My regards to @sahmie for organizing such an intrigued contest. It's very easy to give the answers because the answer is already clear, but then Let's get these questions separated and distinguish between the two.

Talent is a natural skill which a person is born with. It can be a brick layer skill, a drawing skill, dancing, etc. It is the ability to intrude something new naturally without having been learned or experienced. Being a brick layer, drawing or dancing, they all require hard work because they all include stress. Now the question is what is hard work?

Hardwork is the ability to put a given task into action. I confidently believe it evolved four elements which are consistency, focus, determination. If combining these three elements in a chemical illustration it brings hardwork which completes the four elements as the results. Hardwork makes our skill, our talent, to go viral and at the same time hardwork needs talent to survive. Don't panic I hold you every explanation and I'll vividly expatiate my perspective.

Why does talent and hardwork need each other to survive both in real life and the steemit platform?

I can be talented and be known worldwide as a talented person on a specific skill but without hardwork i will definitely feel lazy and quiet. Now has the talent succeed? The answer is capital later No because the talent i got hasn't been able to complete the work and as the results i won't be compensated which is what I work for.

In another perspective. I can be a hardworking man and be known worldwide as a hardworking man but without talent or skills, I will definitely feel unconscious because my hardwork hasn't been able to give me directions on where to start and how to end. For instance.

A student is known for been intelligent, smart and present in class correctly but he or she cannot write. Let's just assume that being intelligent, smart and present correctly in class is hardwork and writing is talent. These students will definitely fail examination because he or she hasn't been able to write but got others grade excellent. But what happened if the student is intelligent, smart, present correctly in class and write properly? These students because he or she has got everything, he or she will definitely pass examination and promote to another class. What is my point or what am I insinuating?

I'm known for being talented but I lack hardwork, I will fail. I'm known for being hardworking but I lack talent and skill, I will definitely fail. But what do you think will happen if I'm known for being talented and hardworking? Because I've got everything I need, I will definitely succeed because I'm not weak but active and good in both criteria. Don't you think so?.

I'm a skillful footballer but I can't run I can't take on, I'll definitely sited on the bench. I'm a hardworking footballer, I run faster like mykhyla mudryk of Chelsea but i lack skill or the talent to dribble pass my opposite opponent and i can't produce a good passes, i will definitely spotted on bench. But if I'm a skillful, talented and hardworking player who makes good runs, takes on and dribbles pass opponents , I'll be on the first 11 selection and others teams will want to buy me even at high cost. Don't you think so?

You see? Both talent and hardwork should be considered equally when it comes to archiving success of course that's what we're busy chasing, we all need them i mean talent and hardwork. Talent and hardwork are innocent in the say "you can't be a slave to two masters." You can possibly rearrange the saying to "you can master two slaves, talent and hardwork." I'm very sure of what I'm saying.

When it comes to archiving success in the steemit platform, I believe both talent and hardwork should be considered at the same level. I can engage with 100 users within 1 hour and support 30 users but my post lacks quality. At this point, the ability to create quality content is the talent i lack and that's where my weakness begins, why? Because quality post really matters on the steemit platform. Hope I'm communicating?

But when I create a quality post talent and engage, vote on others users hardwork I'll actually be noticed by curators and booming support, why? Because I'm fitted and strong in all criteria. You see happiness will start coming in, the secret of this happiness is because my post has been rewarded and the secret of my post being rewarded is because I have applied both talent and hardwork in my content, trust me these two bonds works together.

In conclusion. Let's not just encourage talent and discourage hardwork, let's not encourage hardwork and discourage talent because they both work together like 5 and 6. I believe with the view point of mine, I am able to convince you that talent and hardwork should be considered at the same level.

To these great steemians @bossj23 @patjewell @alli001 @ and @josepha, I hope my invitation has found you all.

Upvoted. Thank You for sending some of your rewards to @null. It will make Steem stronger.

Exactly that is why talent and hard are on the same role, being talented can make someone famous but what will happen if they person is not working hard, he may likely to fail. Take a look at our music industry here in Nigeria, we have many talented singers, rappers, but you know what, if you're not working hard no one will notice you.

Same applies to STEEMIT platform, talent and hardworking is the key.
Best luck @kidi40

Thank for the review and the good wishes, your point is clear and understandable... 👍🏽

Thank you bro.

You're welcome 🤗

The best debate ever i must say, you took time highlight this in words to convince but not to confuse your readers that talent and Harwork are on the same page. I like your point of view, Goodluck and win bro.

Thanks for the reply, it's just a glimpse of my perspective that both talent and hardwork are essential and we needs it to survive, i appreciate your comment. I hope you're done with your entry?.

Love hearing from you dear @kidi40. You've really spent time highlighting the important of the both subject of the contest hardwork and talent. Though you came out not proving any to be you stand. Well I respect your opinion.

But in my own opinion, I'll say that hardwork beats talent with thick advantage. Without hardwork talent is worth nothing when taking of achieving success. Talent is just a head start without hardwork it will remain dump. But one can still succeed without being talent, rather he or she learn the skill necessary. Best luck dear friend 💚.

Thanks for the reply.
Because talent is the skill you you got naturally doesn't mean it is not a skill besides you can't define talent without skill or any word related to skill. Hard work needs talent or skill to succeed, it's not possible for hardwork to succeed without the help of talent or skill. instead of criticism it's better we encourage both talent and hardwork, they both need each other to succeed. I hope to read your entry.
