What's your favorite online shopping app, and why? |

Jumia is my favorite online shopping app. Jumia is an online shop in Nigeria that is built around a marketplace that allows everyone, especially those in Africa, to buy clothes, accessories, and many other items. This my favorite online shopping app, Jumia, is good for logistics and payment services.
The payment service is what facilitates the payments of online transactions by buyers (Jumia customers) within the Jumia ecosystem, while the logistics service helps to enable the delivery of customers' goods (packages) through a network of local partners. The screenshot below is from Jumia Fashion for Men, which I can easily shop.

There are several reason why Jumia is my favorite shopping app, which I have shared below.
Jumia offers a wide selection of products for people to buy.
Jumia is available both on the website and the app.
Jumia's delivery is very fast.
Shopping at Jumia is more convenient for me because of the trust that I have in the company for a very long time now.
They provide customers with discounts, and also, Jumia runs a service called Black Friday, which is a day I can buy any product at a 50% discount.
What would you prefer to buy through your favorite online shopping app? |

I would prefer to buy my laptop and smartphone from Jumia. However, I have bought a laptop from Jumia before, which was delivered to me after 5 working days.
The reason why I prefer buying electronics gadgets like laptops and smartphones from Jumia is that 95% of the products are shipped from abroad. Like the laptop that I am currently using, it was shipped from abroad, and due to the quality of the laptop, my friends or anyone that gets to see it will start asking me to sell it. Of truth, I haven't seen the type of laptop in any shop in Nigeria.

It is cheaper to buy through online apps, but by the time you add up the delivery fee and the time you have to wait for your product to be delivered, you may prefer buying offline.
In a nutshell, it is costly to buy through online apps. As of Monday, I help my brother buy Oppo A17 offline at a cheaper price compared to what an online app like Jumia is selling.

On the online app, the phone is more costly than in an offline store. The phone was purchased for 95,000 NGN (600 STEEM), which is much cheaper than the online store.

I would prefer to buy items through the offline store if I am not too busy. However, it depends on the type of items that I want to buy. In all, I would prefer buying items through an offline app.
To this end, shopping offline is the best way to go because you would have enough time to access whatever products you wanted to buy, and if there was any damage to the products, you could quickly return them and collect another one.
In offline transactions, prices can be negotiated based on the agreement of both the buyer and seller.

You are absolutely right that it is better not to shop online unless you are very busy. Many times online gives us various bad products due to which we face many problems.
