This is me @Hina-Imran. I am very happy to take part in the Steemit SFS Contest – Picture of the Day Week 54.This contest is all about sharing a picture along with the story behind it. Today, I am excited to share this picture and the special story it carries with it.

This picture is one of the most precious and painful memores of my life.

This picture is one of the most precious and painful memores of my life.
The tiny hand you se here is the hand of my niece. She was only five days old when she left this world.
It breaks my heart to even write these words becaus those five days were filed with both love and sorow.
When I first held her hand I was amazed by how smal and delicat it was.
Her fingers were so soft like flower petals and yet the way she wraped them around my finger felt powerful.
In that moment I felt a bond that words cannot describ.
She was too little to speak too weak to move much but her touch told me everything. It was as if she was asking me to stay close and never let go.
She was fighting for her life struggling with pain that no child should ever experienc.
Watching her breath was painful because each breath was a heavy efort.I kept praying for a miracle.
I wished I could give her my strength take away her suffering and give her a chance to live a long hapy life.
But sometime life does not give us what we beg for no matter how many tears we cry.
A few hours later she took her last breath.She left us silently like a litle angel returning to heavn.
My heart broke into pieces.She was only five days old but she had already filed our hearts with so much love.
In such a short time she became the center of our world and then sudenly she was gone.
Even today I can stil feel her tiny hand in mine.
I can still se her inocent face and I can stil hear the silenc that folowed after she was gone.
Sometim I ask God why He gave her to us only for five days.
Maybe she came into our lives to remind us how fragil life is and how deply we can love even in such a short time.
She may not be here anymore but she will always live in my heart.
My niece was an angel and angels never truly leave us.
