Steemit Engagement Challenge-S14W4 | Balancing Of Comfort While Adopting Fashion

There's a saying which goes this way Big man, Big Problem. What is meant here? If I'm tailoring it to the fashion industry, I means discomforting yourself with the most expensive of wears just to look good and please others. Have you ever wondered how many days Wedding gown is worn other than the day of marriage?

That gown is just for that day. Very funny and most at times, they don't feel comfortable in it. They'll have to adjust and adjust, seek help to strengthen the gown, even to move is a big problem. All this is to be fashionable in the wedding? Can there ever be a balance of we would still be uncomfortable trying to be comfortable? This post answers it.

To be frank, it's most at times not easy to balance comfort while adopting new fashion. Take a look at this fashion below. This is a new fashion that comes with a tribe. You'll need to pull this clothes up every now and down to be comfortable. Our aim is to look good with the latest trend but we end of struggling to be comfortable on those clothes. We just manage for that day although some may not really consider it as discomfort.

Take a look at the picture of a boy struggling with a latest fashion. Now let's talk about Comfort in terms of money. To purchase a yard of material now is way too expensive that many choose to maintain their old clothes by washing and ironing rather than buying expensive wears. It may not be that easy because we want to be fashionable on a specified date. So some of us do go out of our comfort zones just to adopt this new fashion.

Comfort in this context refers to two things, financial comfort and physical comfort. I'll talk about these two forms of comfort in relation to adopting fashionable clothes and shoes. In relation to physical comfort, I do see my own clothes though instead of buying ready-made and while sewing, I make sure it fits me well.

It's not too tight, too jumpy or uncomfortable. I ensure I sew clothes that are regardless of the style. When selecting fashionable styles in a senator material of which one is the shoulder zip, I ensure the cloth is free so the zip won't make my next uncomfortable. This is the new fashion. So adopting it must suite my comfort.

Even shoes, I made sure I wear them and they are free on me. Guys don't really have much to worry about when it comes to being fashionable. It's the ladies who would want to go extra miles,wear heel shoes and shapy gowns with feathers. Even the eyelashes to some is burden.

In relation to financial comfort, I ensure I don't purchase things above my budget. Even if I'm to, I'll make sure what I'm purchasing would not make me feel uncomfortable and must last long. It should also be worn always not a situation where you purchase a fashionable clothes that can't be worn until a particular celebration demands for it.

Just take a look at this Agbada, you can't wear it to attend the PTA meeting of your children's school. It would look somehow. And also when considering shoes, I ensure I go for the best even if it cost me a lot. I know that the quality I'm purchasing will last a longer time than the cheap ones sold.

I adopt fashion based on both perspective, in season and for activities. This is winter season in most countries and in my country, it's always so cold. Wearing a lighter cloth to an occasion may teach you life lessons especially in the morning. You'll need a suit to cover you and that calls for adopting fashion according to season.

For activities, like in meetings, social gatherings or the likes of them even school, I ensure I wear appropriate clothes that won't make me uncomfortable. Just imagine attending a lecture that students struggle.

In such a case, you won't want to wear a suit because you won't be able to struggle while on suit. You'll need something light and free and besides with the suit, it would be very hot on you especially while in the crowd. So I usually go on casual to attend lectures except corporate calls for.

I can vividly remember how a girl got her ears torn because she wore a big earing to attend lecture. While she was struggling to enter with others, someone mistakenly put his hands into the big earring as it was circular and then stretched with it. It was very painful though.

On activities like church, I don't go on casual. I ensure I dress well in any presentable outfit since I'm worshipping a Holy God. Even when attending an official meeting, I'll ensure it's corporate and nothing more. It dignifies me.

The clothes I consider as my favourite is Shirt, trouser and tie or a senator wear. I find it very difficult to wear a shirt without a tie. It's not just my kind of dressing. That's what I feel. And considering the senator wears, I find it more comfortable than wearing corporate because it's easy to wear and remove and very much free. In conclusion, while balancing comfort with adopting new fashion may be difficult for many, it's easier for some depending on what they view as their own fashion.
