THE SKILLS I AM LEARNING by @yakspeace
Hello my beautiful people of this grate community, i welcome you once again to my blog. Today I'm going to share with you all the skills I'm learning but before then i want to appreciate @goodybest for organizing this beautiful contest.
Skills can be seen as the ability for someone to learn or do something very well, Even though we are not born with it but we learn them as we go through life. Skills can be developed through study, training, work, community activities, or even at our various homes. But it's depends on the person learning that skills,one thing i understand with skills is that, once you don't have passion for it, it will be very difficult for someone to learn. Your love,passion and determination will enable one to learn any skills of your choice very well.
The skill I'm learning now is cooking,it has been part of me since i was growing up and i always wish that my dreams of becoming a chef will come to pass. I started learning this skill for the pass two months and I'm just left with some weeks to complete the journey of becoming a chef.
Reasons why I'm learning how to cook
The reason why I'm learning this skills are numerous among which are;
- I'm learning this skill because I'm in love with cooking,as a woman cooking nice meal do make me happy and fulfilled.
- I have passion for cooking since i was a child, seeing those professional chef on television cooking different types of meals always motivates me to do more so i hard no option than to aquire the skills.
- I want to learn how to cook different types of meals world wide, because cooking is always fun and it's gives me the chance to be more creative.
- I'm learning this skill because I want to learn more about nutrition and mental health.
- I'm learning this skill because i know time will come that others will also learn from me, and i will be very happy to see myself teaching others how to cook different types of meals.
- Another reason why I'm learning this skill is because of my family, because by the time I'm married my family will not lack when it's comes to food.
- Cooking will help me to practice some subject like math, reading and science and it will also increase my critical thinking.
- It will make me to be more awesome because cooking do boost our self esteem. Also it will help us to learn proper planning.
- cooking will make me to spend less, instead of buying food from eatery, I can prepare it myself and that will reduce costs.
- lastly I'm learning this skill because i Know it will be my source of income some day.
Bellow are some of the dishes I have learned so far
Shawarma
chap man drink and jellof rice
creamy chicken soup
traditiional meatpie and apple pie
In conclusion cooking skills is just the best for me and i always enjoy it when ever i spent time in the kitchen because, it's ease stress for me and also it's enhanced my mindfulness. I want to invite @josepha @dave-hanny and @zealyakub to come and participate in this contest.
