I get that parents want the best for their children but choosing a path for them isn't a good choice because it has numerous consequences. Although there are times when the student is lazy so they go for the course that would be easier for them and this also undermines their capabilities and makes them go astray so the choices we or our parents make really is detrimental to our future.
