Lily shows self restraint as she avoids killing Mr Ambrose there in the hotel lobby. A boy lead them through the lobby to find a room as Lily thoughts were to get a lonely time to strangle Mr Ambrose. They get to room 79 the boy opens the door leading the presumed couple in as Lilly orders Mr ambrose to send the boy away which is unlikely because it’s Lily who is ordering. She bursts out saying“Wife”!!, he shrugged ,as she repeats saying I am your wife , Lilly couldn’t believe how she manage to sound deadly like a female tiger ready to mount on its prey Mr Ambrose didn’t seem to notice all he did was look at her with his cold dark eyes, he reminds her they have to be inconspicuous, Lily tries to repeat the words as her voice fails her, she told him if she murders him and hang him on the balcony will that be inconspicuous, Mr Ambrose tells her she will do no such thing as she is more than happy to murder someone, happy? She thought of mr Ambrose was delusional or on drugs of course said the man, (the tone in which he used to say was as if he was a explaining one plus one equals two) deliriously happy, your on honey moon with your dream man.

Now Lily was in the state of confusion as she thought of the words “ on honeymoon with Mr Ambrose . He explains how they fe in love in a small village and moved over here for honeymoon , mr Ambrose has been planning this all along ,he now stopped the romance and moved in the business like conversations saying he knew lord dalegish men where at the port and he knew no matter how he dresses up he will still know is him but he won’t know if he sees him with a woman especially as he took a step forward a girl am in love with as he strokes her cheek with a finger. Lily on the other hand feeling the romance, her hand stopped for a moment then started bursting out like it was going off her chest. So all sounding business like again that why we have to pretend to be in love. At this point lily didn’t know what to believe as the body showing romance was brought to a quick halt as he repeats the words pretend, Mr Ambrose began to think of a place newly weds will come from if any of dalgleish men would ask . They are mr and mrs Thompson from hazlemere
Hazlemere from buckinghamshire just the sort of place newly weds will come from .
Lily tells him but I can’t pretend to be your wife
Why not all you have to do is wear a ring.
That’s not what I meant says Lily I can’t pretend to be in love with you
He asked why
Now Lily was shocked of the way he asked , was serious and why am I even asking myself that. Mr Ambrose asked well his eyes raking around like they were back in the office and she was sorting files and she was deliriously in love with him because his him and she’s female .
Lily gets furious but think why can’t she pretend to be in love with if she could pretend to be a man and work to be a bride won’t be so bad but the bride of mr rikkard ambrose .

Mr Ambrose brings up the of naming because she couldn’t call him sir if they were married so he bring up the idea of calling the surname so as miss Linton and mr Rick , Lily says she has one for him how about calling him Dick. Mr Ambrose reminds her he is her boss she should show respect but she says no they are married and is not bad for a wife to tease her husband. He moves towards her and says his glad she’s embracing her role as a wife . Thank you says lily .
He looks down at her and tells her does she know what newlyweds couples do when on honeymoon, she replies no right before he sends his lips crashing upon hers.
Now the romance in France is already looking interesting let’s see how the adventure in France will go.
