Lily Linton ,Mr Ambrose.
Plot
Mr Ambrose looked drilled into her like hot butter , he asked where she was and all she could do was stammer , Lily thought it isn’t any of his business anyway tho. He asked her if she has any idea of what he thought when he left the Dark night of delight to find out she has disappeared, Lily sarcastically replied thank You,God,thank you so much ? He didn’t appreciate that , he said you as he walked towards her telling her she doesn’t even move toe without his authorization. She wanted to back fire a reply but held her self back. Lily bent over unlacing her shoe stretched out her leg and wiggles all five of her toes and says it feels good to stretch ones toes after a long walk, you he said again gripping her shoulders and hitting her back to wall, Lily requests him to let go he replies not until he has managed to instil some sense into that foolish female head of yours, he asked if she had any idea what would have happened to her in the dark alley of Alexandria, she says back ,she’s a Londoner we have street gang in dark alley ten times as bad as this ones she proclaimed.he asked her back how many times she has been in those dark corners of London
Lily thought,about five minutes with him
Mr Ambrose said exactly every city has a dark end which is dangerous for a defense less girl. Defense less ?! I’ll show him who’s defense less Lily said in her mind and drove her knee forward but he used his leg to grip her knee , Lily growls as she request him to go let go , yes he told her a defense less girl. He asked her what she would have done if the ruffians got hold of her she replies that she had guards watching over her, he asked what if karim and his men lost sight of her , she said she still wouldn’t had been alone there was some one with her . The darkness in Mr Ambrose eyes glittered as Lily knew he had seen captain carter, he said yes and out of curiosity who was that man and Lily tried to play innocent saying which man , he asked again the man who brought you to the hotel tall brown hair ridiculous beard , it’s not ridiculous she replied and I don’t know any man like that
He asked answers who is he!?
Lily said is just a friend of hers she bumped into in the alley and he doesn’t know where here under false name I took care of that .
Just some one you know? yes answered Lily and a mere acquaintance , yes exactly answered Lily . There was silence and a mere pause , then Mr Ambrose said he didn’t know it was common for a mere acquaintance to kiss a lady’s hand on departure and lily back fired she didn’t know it was normal for people to spy on other people’s farewells nowadays, it isn’t, that’s something I do.
She insults him , reminds her of respect his her husband after all . He asked if the guy followed her , or if his after her Lily repeated the question she asked what he meant , mr Ambrose finished it saying does wish you to be his? She asked if that’s any of his business ,he replied No just that the next couple of months she’s already taken and she’s his. Lily struggled saying she’s nobody’s but Mr Ambrose made her take the word back actually after a few convincing threats she finally said she’s his while they are there . Mr Ambrose advanced lily with a kiss and she wasn’t really into it but liked it but after all she did today she had something set up for him
She bit his lower making the young man scream in pain. He lifted her up and threw her down the lounge ouff screamed the girl, with the cold dark voice he asked a question, Mr Linton while your here, what are you ? So after all the kiss he still calls me mister lily thought but she replied yours.
So they went on secretly asking questions about the city and what goes on to people who don’t want to talk, they had dinners which Lily had said to be not all romantic and she was even happy about the acting , she was a feminist and it went by pass all her rules. One time at dinner her thoughts reminded her of how she doesn’t want any man but when us kissed by Mr Ambrose her body melts ,it disturbed her so much she shout shut the bloody hell up . The whole room was quiet and eyes stared at both of them and he whispered placing his hands on her saythey have to work on her acting . The went up stairs, didn’t talk much ,slept on separate beds. They went on asking yzztheir questions when a group of ruffians emerged which had clothes tied to their head and daggers .the removed the clothes off their mouth and asked mr Ambrose who he was and while he was asking questions about this place their boss doesn’t like it ,Mr Ambrose told them is Rikkard Thompson and this is his wife the guy didn’t buy it and spat on the floor and told mr Ambrose he wants the truth or he will make lady squeal, theirs eyes weren’t even focused on them any more it was the man on top the roof watching them and getting down. The leader of the ruffians didn’t bothered to turn around by that time karim was already down, when he couldn’t get an answer he told Mr Ambrose tell me exactly who you are or things will go badly for him, karim was right behind them at this point , then Mr Ambrose replied i was going to say the same about you.
