Campus Connect Weekly Contest - Week 5- Steem Campus Hype - Total Prize Pool of 50 Steem.

Hi campusconnect it is @arinzegod12( you fit follow me oh) I apologize for my absence these past week, I was going through a lot but I am back now. I hope you guys are okay and doing well.
This is my submission for the topic promoting steem in your campus. Here we go😁
The name of my school is The University of Nigeria Enugu Campus, I am a law student, 200l.

Firstly in law is a well known principle that whoever asserts must prove with clear cut evidence. Now throwing words about the graciousness of steem won't efficiently help in its promotion in campuses especially mine.
Politicians understand this, they know just talking cannot be a booster for public image and gathering voters but charitable works. My pastor said if you want to preach salvation to a hungry man feed him, I say if you want to promote steem in your campus show it. A Chinese adage says show me what you are saying for I cannot hear you.
Now these are the ways I will promote steem in my campus:

Free transportation:
Every campus has a transportation network that runs through and fro the school which student pay for and days when they can't afford it they trek under the hot bitter Sun. I intend on sponsoring steemit ride for one week. Each bus or taxi paid for will carry a poster with the tag 'Steem Free Ride' with the emblem of steem on it. Now this gets people talking wanting to know what steem is about. Since we already have steemians in UNEC this will make it easier for us to work together going from faculty to faculty enlightening people on steem and also giving an account of how steem was used to fund this free transport. Yes one may ask how do we get their trust and destroy the suspicion of fraud. The rapt interest of people in crypto would solve that and since being one also listed on Binance making exchange easier the rest will sail
smoothly.

Soup Kitchen:
Like I earlier mentioned if you want to preach salvation to a hungry man feed him. Student politicians sponsor free food at restaurant or eateries in school so why can't we. We can start up a steem soup kitchen. For the first five students this makes it easier to engage these students and sensitive them on the importance of steem and how it enables them achieve financial independence.

Publication on Magazines:
Every faculty releases their yearly magazine, this magazine are infused with rich contents and distributed. During our LAWSA Week we had Senator Ekwere Mmadu purchase our magazines we can pay for a page or two dedicated to promoting steem, how to become part of steem and how to earn from steem.

Sponsorship of shows:
Student organized shows like MR and Mrs UNEC, MR and MRS lawsa can be sponsored using steem as the face of the sponsorship. If we get the eyes of the crowd and eyes being the window of the soul then we can get the hearts and minds of people. The message of steem becomes clear. We can also sponsor sports tournament across faculties.

Souvenirs, shirts and fliers:
with steem emblem enshrined on it is also a good strategy to promote steem. This Will help reach a wider audience and when steem is on everyone's mouth people want to become part of it since lack of finance is a major issue of students. Steem is a clear cut solution to that.

Setting up a steemit club:
This can be organized in faculties, these clubs will be in charge of recruiting members in their faculty and educating new members on how steem works and what they tend to achieve if they are dedicated. They will also be in charge of moving from class to class spreading the good news.

Sponsoring Student Politicians:
The influence of student politicians cannot be underestimated, I think it is a perfect strategy. We can strike a deal to sponsor in exchange they wear our customized shirts with steem emblem on it. The popularity of these student politicians we can use to promote steem. If that student eventually wins that's a big point for us.

Conclusion: To promote steemit in campuses it is more of practical experiment in context students can relate to.
