I used to eat alot of cashews back in my secondary school days but now I barely see or get the chance to taste it nowadays. Reading this post has made me remember the good old days. This business seems like it is flourishing increasingly. I don't know about Ghana though but Nigerians love cashew. If I ever find myself in Ghana, thanks to the location, I would be sure to stop by
