Hey friends

Steemit has a really been a lovely platform and I actually bless the day I joined steemit, steemit has really been a very beneficial and helpful site to me and other steemians in so many ways, this the main reason I decided to participate in this contest. I am not just participating to be a winner but I am also using this medium to appreciate all steemit team. I am saying a big thank you to steemcurator01, steemcurator02 steemblog, the engineering team, Justin Sun and everyone behind this great project.

Tell us how you first got to know and decided to join Steemit.

In the month of April in the year 2021, I went to my duty post as an IT student, there I overheard my friend and course mate was telling someone about how he joined a platform that helped him improve his writing and reading skill and at same time reward him with mouth watering rewards, that really caught my attention but I silently listened to their conversation. At that moment I was deeply in need for the writing, reading and financial upgrade, so I waited for them to finish talking. After the IT training for that day I walked up to this my friend who goes by the name Sunday and @eberechi10 on steemit, I told him I overheard what he was saying earlier and I would love to be a member of this platform.

He said ok, and he started telling about Steemit and his achievement during the COVID-19 school break and I was really interested, so we went to his house he told me about all do's and don't. Before I left he told me to prepare my achievement one post before the next morning and I did as he asked. The next morning he sent all needed tags and heading for the achievement 1 and I used them to complete the post, from that day I started growing slowly but steadily on steemit till I am at this point. As I was was telling my fellow steemians on Saturday, I said I had a goal to meet and this goal inspired me to grow and work harder.

In your opinion, what are the advantages of Steemit compared to other similar platforms.

To be sincere I have used so many platforms but none can be compared to steemit, steemit have so many advantage starting from its team organization to the the least feature on steemit.

° Unlike other platform steemit curate post with quality and quantity, but other platform curate only their friends and self. Infact self voting is not against their rule but steemit has zero tolerance for such greedy curation pattern.

° Unlike other platform Steemit team gives large power to it's authors, before a new features is added on steemit, steemit team hear the opinion of their authors to know if it would be a nice idea before enforcing them. The steemit team are more considerate to the voice of it's authors, this alone has made them the best.

° Unlike other platform, Steemit team has made it a habit to keep to their word. I remembered that sometime last month, steemcurator01 assured us that our Tron rewards are coming and finally they have already started appearing into our wallet. If the team say's something the tend to keep to their word and that's awesome.

° Whenever there a technical issue the team tries their possible best to make sure the matter is resolved on time, this has made steemit a smooth running platform when compared to others.

° Unlike other platform, steemit is actually totally free to open or sign up I remembered when my friend was trying to create a blurt account he was charged and I laughed at him mercilessly.

° Steemit don't actually collect your KYC or any other personal information during registration, this has really made steemit a very secured and private platform.

Academically

The year I joined steemit, I was still a student who was willing to execell academically and from what I heard about Steemit I knew it would really help me succeed, in other words I joined steemit because I wanted to be a very much creative writer and a faster reader and I can proudly say I really gained this. Since I joined steemit I started scoring higher than I usually score in class, steemit really increased my writing speed, accumulating skills, communication skills.

Recently I wrote a course about web development and I am glad because steemit markdown taught me more about web development tags and I used it well during the exams and I scored an "A" in the course.

Creativity

Every legit steemian has been a beneficial to this skill, I can say that my ability to create ideas are better than before. I can now solve problem and generate idea faster and better. Infact I want to confess that most of my ideas on post just come in a flash of light, somethings I start writing by opening the blank white space and ideas starts pouring like water.

Crypto trading skills

Especially the old steemians can testify to this, back then when I joined they used to be weekly crypto classes and later steemit team brought about trading competition that occurs weekly, within this period of time I learnt about crypto trading from the scratch and now I have been making money from this trading skills.

These skills has been my purpose/ motivation to keep writing on steemit, I really want more of this skills so I keep working hard on steemit.

Nope, although I really had such temptation recently, in the beginning of this year I was facing a critical financial challenge because I had to settle so many school matters but I was broke. So I was tempted to sell some of my steem rewards to satisfy such needs but along the line my parent supported me with the necessary fees and I paid the charges and I immediately died the temptations to power down.

what is your strategy not to lose your club status.

So far the only strategy I have to support my club100 status is by setting my payout to 100% power up and find other side jobs to satisfy my basic needs, this would help me reduce the temptations of powering down when I go desperate for money. Also I am really grateful for the sharing of Tron because it has really gone a long way in satisfying so basic life needs like data subscription.

Write briefly, your goals and hopes with Steemit in 2023.

This year came with so much good blessings and I believe this year I would hit another mile stone of becoming an Orca investor with at least 50,000 steem power, this the main reason I remained in this clu100. I want to become among one if the lucky big fishes in steem Blockchain, so will this I believe my stay on steemit would still be very long. I just hope and pray the steemit team continue to support me to I reach my goal.

I believe before this year runs out I would step up my reputation from 69 to rep 76, I really love it when I see my reputation rise. I can still remember when I prayed harder to reach the reputation 65 now I hope for a greater heights and I believe with the help of God and the steemit team I would reach that goal.

As a loving steem investor I hope and believe the price of steem go bullish, infact I am anticipating Steem = 1 dollar and I believe In no distance time we will reach that goal.

As a lover of steem Blockchain, I hope to see new development on steemit and steem Blockchain. I really want to see my project that increase the engagement and success of steemit and it Blockchain, I believe before the year runs out most of the downside of steemit would be permanently resolved

I hope to be a closer friend to steemcurator01, steemcurator02, steemblog and all well meaning steemians that works tirelessly to make steemit great 😃👍.
