According to my perspective, the definition of

means not the area but the country I live in that produces anything and does not import them from outside of the country.

Now, let me share my perspective;

Share your personal experience in loving local products. What fascinates you and connects you to local products?

If I were to talk about my experience, most of the things I utilize in my regular lifestyle are local products.
I can relate to them and trust them more than imported products.

There are three points in terms of the categories of products.

• If I were to talk about raw products like vegetables, fruits, and animal products!
  I would love to select local products because of their manufacture dates and expiry dates;
  would help me to remind I am consuming fresh products.

• A few companies are well known, and there are trust factors that somehow work behind my mind while using them, especially beauty products.

• I live in Kolkata. Bengali handloom sarees are famous here;
  That is the pride of Kolkata. Sarees are our traditional dress, and the place named
  Shantipur
  is famous for the same.

Explain the benefits and positive impacts of supporting local products. How can your contribution help the growth of the local economy and surrounding community?

When we support our local, or I would say those products
fabricated inside our countries

• It somehow enriches our nation's economic condition.

There are various examples in terms of industrial aspects;
Where cars produced by the TATA company are globally known.

• Country people get the opportunity to get a job.

• We don't need to depend on other countries to get our essential things to accomplish our common necessities.

• Being a civilized citizen of a country, we need to support our local good quality items so that the MSME business grows on a large scale.

Name one or two popular local products in your area. Tell us why tourists often look for it. No need to be too detailed, to focus on the attractiveness of the product.

It's been 95 years Kolkata's one merchandiser named

Still, the product is renowned not only in Kolkata;
but all over India. The creme packaging has transformed now.

Earlier, Boroline cream had come in a tube; Still, tubes are available. But now it is available in a container. **It is not only a beauty product but also works as an antiseptic cream.**

Secondly, I would talk about cotton handloom sarees. Earlier, I shared the process of making sarees in Shantipur through a video;
which I am sharing here to demonstrate our local products.
