I agree with you that the debate between hard work and smart work can be an interesting topic To discuss. These are conflicting concepts within the task Execution approach and have different Implications depending on the Context.
Hard work usually refers To intense physical effort and devoting significant time To complete a task. This often involved the use of great physical exertion and strength. On the other hand, smart work focuses on using knowledge, skills and smart strategies to achieve optimal results with less effort. It involves critical thinking ,innovation and efficient use of resources.

Hola gracias por leerme y si el trabajo duro si le aplicamos inteligencia , lo pasamos hacer mas ligero y rápido .
Ejemplo si tengo 5 sacos de cemento a que la vecina. y necesito traerlo si lo busco uno a uno son 5 viajes ciertos? pero si aplico la astucia y digo voy a buscar una carretilla y monto los 5 sacos de una vez , me estaría ahorrando ir unas 4 veces mas y me ahorro tiempo de eso se trata de ser creativos .
