I Hope you are all good and top of the world and enjoy your beautiful life with precious people. I am also fine by the Grace of Almighty Allah and your prayer for me. Today I am going to share my hole day how I spend my day my workout plain, my diet plain and my outdoor activities.

I start my day with name of Almighty Allah, when I wake up I go for fresh after fresh around 5:45 OO,clock I go for morning prayer. After prayer I go to part just for fresh air and doing cardio for 5 to 10 min its best for our muscle and health.
When I back to home I ready my bulky breakfast for my self include in this breakfast 2 boil eggs, 1 chicken piece, half kg pinda, 4 pack of nimko and a cup of black coffee.
After breakfast I take some rest, and its time ready for my workout before workout I take a banana shake and wheat portage its give you a gain strength during workout. Today I am going to perform Tricep full workout out.
### Note:
Tricep is small muscle in hole body we have to perform 5 to 6 games only, If you perform too much its stop growing.
First of all I do warm up its must to do safe for muscle injury I have start tricep bench press exercise and are also known as the close-grip bench press is an effective exercise for targeting the triceps and the close-grip bench press primarily targets the triceps but also engages the chest and shoulders to some extent. I have perform 3 set of game with 35 kg of weight 12-15 reps per set.
The next of Tricep Pushdowns cable machine and a rope or bar attachment, stand facing the machine, grab the attachment, and push it downwards, fully extending your arms and we have to focus in your tricep during execrise we have to squeeze our tricep muscle to start pain. I have to perform 3 set of rope and 3 set of bar with 4 plate 15-18 reps per set.
After that I take rest of 2 min and drink a bit water we have to drink water during exercise. The 4th of my Standing cable overhead tricep exercise and to perform this exercise we have to stand facing away from the tricep machine and holding the cable attachment with both hands above your head mean to face back and our elbows pointing forward, you slowly lower the weight behind your head by bending your elbows, then extend your arms upward to the starting position. I have perform 4 set of game with 6 plate 12 reps per set.
Another of my tricep exercise for Beginner hold a singal or dubble dumbblee back side overhead and lower it behind your head by bending your elbows and then straighten your arms back up, during exercise we have to avoid swinging or momentum when I perform I feel that my tricep if burn its really painful and perform 3 set of game with 20 kg of weight 12-15 reps per set.
The last of my Tricep press machine It usually consists of a seat and a handle or bar attached to a weight stack and adjust seat height and ensure the handle or bar is at a comfortable level for your starting position and pull down squeeze tricep and perform this exercise little fast not too and perform 3 set of game with very heavy weight 65 kg and 12-15 reps per set.
After my workout I received a parcel of my Anabolic Mass Gainer which I ordered from Dubai. I opened at check at properly, taste it. INSHALLah in a couple of month you guys have seen a big changes on me.

At night me and my friends have decide to go out side for walking and eat something near in my town have a famous food street in this street all kinds of foods are available and we also ordered fast fast form Harvey including crown crust pizza, fries, finger fish and cold drink. It was delicious in taste and we really enjoy it.
