Every time I travel out of town, I always take the time to visit the traditional market or retail in the area. In various areas that I have visited there are always traditional retailers selling their products or goods. I usually go to traditional retailers that sell traditional souvenirs and stalls that sell local food or snacks.

At traditional retail I buy souvenirs to take home as memories for my family back home. My journey is always full of stories and experiences when visiting traditional markets or retails from various regions that I have visited. Like my experience visiting traditional retailers that sell traditional Aceh souvenir products.

From a distance at the parking location I was already interested in going to this retail, where it is a place for me to find souvenirs made from local residents. In this traditional retail store, there are various types of souvenirs that are sold, such as caps, sarongs, songkets, knick-knacks, bags, hangers, brooches, gifts, and various special foods or snacks. Souvenir products here are original products that are embroidered with typical Acehnese patterns.

I'm interested in buying a cap with the embroidery pattern "Kupiah Teuku Umar", the round Kupiah with Acehnese embroidery patterns with a combination of yellow, red, dark green and black really caught my attention. I am interested in having a cap product made by craftsmen in this region. Besides the cap, there are various types of sarongs with the "Pinto Aceh" pattern which are also quite trendy, lifestyle, charming and elegant to wear.

This traditional shop is owned by local residents who are fostered by the museum.

This traditional retail has an area of ​​about 2x2 meters occupied by local sellers for each shop door. They sell traditional products that are usually a memory for tourists who visit the museum's tourist sites. There are many tourists who always stop by and buy products at this retail because they are offered at low prices.

There are many reasons why I am interested in buying products at traditional retail, including:

1. The product being sold is an original product with good quality.
2. Service is quite friendly and interface transactions that can make price quotes and decisions on agreements.
3. The buyer is served directly by the seller with a fairly detailed product description and allows a price quote for the product to be purchased.
4. Conduct conventional transactions that can save more costs because they can get offers at lower prices.
5. Supporting economic growth for local residents and generating micro-enterprise growth in tourist sites.
