Steemit Engagement Challenge - S7W4 | A proprietary flower business
Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you are all well. I'm fine too. I am Mohammad Kamran Hossain. Today I am going to participate among you in the engagement challenge of week 4 in the "Steem Entrepreneurs" community and the main topic of today's engagement challenge is about business ideas. I would like to thank all the supporters of this community who have organized such a beautiful contest about business. However, now I am presenting to you a business from my idea.
Before starting a business, a person should keep some important points in mind which are:
- No, 1: First you have to decide you will do business. Next you need to decide which business is right for you? Also decide the type of business – trading or manufacturing or service business. After deciding on the type of business, you need to determine the location for the office or factory to conduct your business. A business plan should be prepared after verifying the feasibility of the business.
- No, 2: To start the business, you need to collect the resources of money i.e. capital.
- No, 3: You have to decide whether you will do a sole proprietorship or a jointly owned business. Deciding who to take as a partner/partner should be decided when deciding to have a jointly owned business.
- No, 4: Land should be purchased/rented/leased at a suitable place for business.
- No, 5: Trade license or company registration should be done according to the structure of the business.
- No, 6: Other business related registration and license should be collected.
- No, 7: The industry should be established in the designated place.
- No, 8: Utility services such as electricity, gas, water, telecommunication etc. should be ensured in industrial establishments.
- No, 9: Purchase of machinery and parts required for business, purchase of raw materials and selection of technology/technologies.
- No, 10: Necessary manpower should be employed according to proper procedure.
- No, 11 : Produce and market the product according to the business plan.
The business idea that I am presenting to you is a variety of flower business and the business is a sole proprietorship. That is, the business concept of planting various flower trees in a certain large land and taking care of those flowers and selling those flowers in the market after flowering is quite familiar to me. I have found that flower business is very profitable so I will recommend this flower business idea to others.

Basically you have two steps in front of you for flower business they are: grow flowers on my own land or buy all the flowers from the owner of the cultivated land. These two areas of work need to be funded first. However, since I don't have fallow land, I can directly buy all the flowers from other people's land and sell those flowers in various shops at a profit. In this case I have to go far away from the flower cultivation land and sell these flowers so that my share of profit will be more.

Thus there are many other flowers which can be bought from the flower farm and sold in the market for double or more and the demand for these flowers is also high in the market.
Almost every business has a profit and loss issue, so I am presenting the business profit and loss issue.
Profit : It is possible to make a lot of profit in the flower business that I present as basically a sole proprietorship. As there is a lot of demand for these flowers in the market, it is possible to double or triple the profit if you buy these flowers from the field and sell them in a distant market. Moreover, as these flowers are very beautiful to look at and their demand is high due to different uses of flowers in different places, it is possible to make a lot of profit in business. I think this business can make a lot of profit with little effort.
Loss : There is no loss in this business as I will not grow the flowers myself as a sole proprietorship flower business. Buying all the flowers from the landowner and selling them directly to the market means there is no loss involved which is quite a plus point.

Flowers are sacred things and symbols of respect and love. Flowers are a beautiful creation of nature and every human being is fascinated by its fragrance. These flowers are in high demand on various occasions (weddings, birthdays, gifting flowers to please loved ones). Moreover, because of the huge profit in flower business, this business can be done without hesitation which is very profitable business. I hope anyone can benefit from this business idea of mine.
