Steemit Engagement Challenge Application - Steem Entrepreneurs Community

Engagement has been the main focus since the Steem Entrepreneurs community was founded. This section is an important instrument for how the community develops and grows into a place for entrepreneurs to connect with other stemians around the world.

The Steem Entrepreneurs community highly appreciates the Steemit Team for initiating the "Steemit Engagement Challenge" which will select 6 communities to complete the challenge so that the objectives of this program are well achieved, namely increasing comment engagement, increasing the quantity of posts and most importantly the quality of relevant posts and comments.

Okay, we will start with a brief introduction to the Steem Entrepreneurs community and end with a community program to encourage users to increase the quantity and quality of posts and relevant of comments.

COMMUNITY GOALS

Steem Entrepreneurs was born as a place to unite stemians who have passion in business. A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE COMMUNITY

Since reintroducing on July 21, 2022, the Steem Entrepreneurs Community has experienced a consistent increase in several sectors such as subscribers, active posters, SP community curation accounts, post quality and others. The Steem Entrepreneurs community is also always actively involved in every Steemit Team program.

COMMUNITY CURATOR ACCOUNT

The @steempreneurship community curator account is professionally managed for increased engagement and Steem Power. Currently, community accounts are also actively involved in verifying posts or commenting on user posts.

Steem Power community accounts are built from rewards for power ups. Cooperation is also built with the delegates with a fair and equitable distribution of the results of community account rewards. The percentage is 70: 30. Community accounts are managed jointly between admins and moderators, while the account keys according to the agreement are held by the community pioneer @harferri for security reasons.

COMMUNITY POLICY DETAILS FOR CHECKING AND COMMENTING ON POSTS

Steem Entrepreneurs community admins and moderators are among the most active in checking and commenting on posts. This policy has implications for the convenience of users in making posts on community pages. Involvement is a form of appreciation to the author. This principle has been practiced by the steem entrepreneur community for a long time.

This policy in its development will be adjusted to the active needs of admins and moderators.

THE ROLE OF THE COMMUNITY IN IMPROVING POST QUALITY

This point is always a challenge for participatory communities and content quality improvement. Prioritizing community support for quality contests like @booming support still looks effective.

Increased support for @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 for the communities selected in the Steemit Engagement Challenge greatly assists the community in stimulating users to compete by displaying quality posts or relevant comments.

The community will soon release several regular contests through the @steempreneurship account, we know that contests implicitly regulate the format of writing with a certain theme. Contests are very helpful for participating users in improving the quality of posts. Steem Entrepreneurs community moderators also regularly create contests every week.

The @steempreneurship account will also release the best steemit engagement challenge posts and comments if selected. The support of @steemcurator 01 and @steemcurator02 will have an impact on users' efforts to improve quality.

WHY THE STEEM ENTREPRENEURS COMMUNITY WAS CHOSEN FOR THE CHALLENGE

Admins and moderators still regularly check posts and provide constructive comments. Consistency is also in line with the better growth of society. The Steem Entrepreneurs community is also actively mingling and playing a role in social life through the Steem Kindness program. Steem is increasingly recognized through the Steem Symbol in any charity or community economic empowerment activity. Steem entrepreneurs have a clear and systematic vision and work mission to achieve community goals.

The decision is the absolute right of the Steemit Team through wise considerations for the good of Steem. The Steem Entrepreneurs community states that our are ready and continue to work optimally to support the Steemit Team program as well as develop the community to achieve the goal of Steem for a better life.
