Los mercados tradicionales se muestran como una alternativa ante las grandes cadenas de distribución de alimentos y otros enseres. Se entiende que esas grandes cadenas compran mucho más económico por el volumen y sus precios tienden a ser mejores que en los mercados populares o tradicionales, sin embargo, la atención, el servicio que rpestan es de mejor calidad humana.
