Greetings from my end, great men and women, who has made steamit platform become part and percel of their lives not just that, making steemit platform becoming their Job, whether government brings opportunity or not, we keep steeming and keep smiling.
Welcome to another week of the contest which marks the week four(4) of the amazing ongoing engagement challenge. I am very happy to be part of this contest because steemit as a platform has been about learning new things everyday and couple with the engagement challenge going on, as a new person in this platform, i try to have knowledge on somany things and i make serious researches on things i need knowledge on and so i do that with gladness.
Hours consumed at last week's engagement challenge.
This week's engagement challenge for this unique community is interesting because it has given me room to express how i manage and utilises my time.
First of all, we must understand "time" from the topic.
Time: simply means periods which is also called duration which continues without a stop.Time will continue moving without waiting for anyone and it depends on how you use it wisely, the secret behind every successful man is his time management so as steemians, time must be managed.
Steemit needs our attention almost all the time but the management with our normal activities is another thing.I am currently serving my able country Nigeria, and the worst is that, i am been posted to a private secondary school so, you can imagine the stress and everything but knowing full well that steeming is also my work, i try to balance the two.
For the past seven (7) days, it has been stressful but i knew i was doing all for my good, so this is how it went.
I was able to drop somany post on different communities, some of the posts are for the engagement challenge, diary games and i made entry on campus connect contest too.Like i have said earlier, the week was stressful.
Monday new week starts on Monday, in which all workers resumes work. I had lectures with my students from 8:am to 10:am took a bike to my office and from 10:30 i have been on my blog commenting and replying comments made on my post which we know that it has not been easy for commenting and upvoting so i stopped at 12:00am and that was when i had another class. Reaching home after doing one or two house chores, i had to go to my blog and do the needful and i spend almost 1 hour and then before sleeping i made research and started writing to drop my link before sleeping so it took me 1hour and 30minutes.
In summary 4hours, 30minuteswas spent on steemit.
Tuesday which is working days too, since i am serving, the most work i do is to go to school, come back and cook. For Tuesday's, i spend more time on steemit because i don't have much to do. Woke up, after saying morning prayers, i pick my phone to check one or two posts to comment and upvote. So last week Tuesday, i spent almost 2hours in the morning. Towards afternoon, i spent 4 hours researching and writing article, after little work in the evening, i was online commenting and researching which took me 3hours before my sleep.
In summary i used 9hours
Wednesday was not too busy for me, so i used almost 4 hours watching crypto market and writing too.After house chores, towards evening, i have been online till i sleep which i used almost 3hours
In summary, I spent 7hours
Thursdayafter devotion, i had no class to take so i took my time to write two post within 2hours that is, one on the ongoing engagement and the other is, diary game.Afternoon, i used 1hour 30minutes for commenting and upvoting which was almost 3 hours before i slept.
In summary i used 6hourd 30minutes.
Friday was my Community Development Service day which is called CDS and it is made compulsory for every corp member from morning to 12:30 and while in the meeting, the rule is, pressing of phones are not allowed so the whole of friday was occupied and then coming home i used 4hours on my phone and rested.
In summary, 4hours was used.
Saturday which is my most busiest day of washing and sanitation after my devotion which is the first thing to do every morning, i only went through my blog for about 30minutes.So i had chance only in the evening to be online which i spent much time for about 5 hours on steemit platform.
Im summary, i used 5hours 30minutes
Sundaymy church was 9:00am and i knew quite okay that, waking up on sunday will be to prepare for church so, i woke up as early as 4 to drop a post before everyone will wake up, i did just that for 2 hours which is 4-6am.After church, i went for meeting and came back 4pm.I used 4hours for commenting,upvoting and commenting on people's posts. That is, i used 6 hoursfor Sunday
Therefore, the total hours i spent last week on streamit is 42hours, 30 minutes.
Benefits Of This Steemit Engagement Challenge
One of the benefits of this challenge has been mentioned in my introduction which is,
Steemit has been more of learning,which has to do with researching and learning from friends too.
Usage of appropriate grammer while writing.
Streaming, makes me serious, smarter and bold day by day as i continue writing in the sense that, in forming a sentences, i would have to read over and over to my hearing to know how it sounds either right or wrong.
Since i got to know steemit and started writing, i never felt lazy for once because it has been writing upon writing.
On a normal, i cannot just imagine on anything to start writing but now, i am always creative while writing to have a quality post.
Steemit has made my life a kind of competitive because this is an engagement challenge therefore, it needs more of thinking and creativity.
My Suggestions For This Challenge
First of all, i want to appreciate this platform for such an interesting engagement challenge, i don't have much to suggest because i have observed that, the challenge is moving fine day by day.
But i wish to sincerely suggest about"Votes being not qurranteed" i want to say this with due respect that, if posts will be voted by SC01 or SC02, it Should be done generally nomatter how small it might be thank you.

Most of us also have life outside steemit so it is understandable if you are not here permanently
