Review of Warung Limbek Saminan Nagan Raya
Whenever I cross the Southwest region of Aceh (Barsela), I often compensate for it with culinary tours. One is the culinary tourism of limbek fish (catfish) in Nagan Raya Regency. The Limbek stall that we subscribe to is Warung Limbek Saminan.
This Limbek Saminan stall has been around for a long time and has become legendary in Nagan Raya. There are always officials or important people who eat at this limbek stall. But when we came, it turned out that it was starting to get quiet. Understandably, it was 14.30 WIB.
This Saminan limbek stall is the first limbek stall to stand in the Langkak area, Nagan Raya Regency. Therefore, it is natural that this legendary stall has many enthusiasts. The limbek offered at this stall is a village limbek widely found in Nagan Raya.
This limbek is smaller in size than jumbo catfish. It tastes good, of course. The majority of the fish offered at this stall has a limbek theme, including lymour eggs. What is different is the type of cuisine.
My observation is that there is a menu of spicy and sour limbek typical of Nagan Raya, fried limbek, fried limbek using chili sauce, grilled limbek, and several other limbek menus. In addition, there is also a very famous coconut sauce in Barsela and boiled vegetables.
I chose the spicy, sour limbek menu. This is my favourite menu. Then I add coconut chilli sauce and boiled vegetables. While my wife likes fried limbek and boiled vegetables and coconut sauce.
I enjoy the deliciousness of this Nagan Raya limbek. The delicious taste of the flesh mixed with spicy and sour sauce, turmeric, and the leaves is extraordinary. Coupled with boiled sauce and coconut sauce, it is very delicious. It really cannot be described in words.
I tried to taste the fried limbek. It also tastes very good. This Saminan Nagan Raya limbek stall can be a recommendation for those of you who like culinary. Guaranteed you will be hooked. Please give it a try.
