Welcome to my blog for today. I am so delighted and happy to join you guys for today's engagement challenge. The topic is quite interesting and will be very educational to mostly new Steemians who have not stayed long in the platform. I can predict that the essence of this very topic in this engagement challenge is to help influence newbies, to make them grow more, and to show them the way of being successful in this awesome platform.

What is empowerment?

I can equally give a brief and accurate answer to this question. I can just say that steempower is equally steem, but it comes in its raw form. This helps to show how appreciating and committed you are to the platform. When you save more of your steem than cashing them out, you will get more support, and you will also be a positive and good influence to the young steemians around you, because it is only when the master is keeping the rules according to the way he has set them that the servants will follow your footsteps.

Steempower on the other hand goes a long way to giving you a high probability of becoming more powerful on the platform, because it is only when you support the people around you that they can keep your commandments, and also you will grow more and more powerful. I can finally say that steempower is really a good thing that everyone needs to work hard to build, because it gives you more voting power, which you will get more reward for supporting others without loosing any steempower from your steem.

What is the influence of strength on your growth?

Steempower has done more good than harm in my growth in Steemit. I can say that there is no single disadvantage to building up your steempower; rather, it helps to make you grow rapidly in the platform. Now I will share with you some of the good influences of steempower in my growth.

• Helps in attracting supporters:
  When you always grow your steempower in such a way that you have enough steempower saved in your steemit wallet, it will go a long way in attracting supporters from different angles to coke and support your post. Also, the Steemit team appreciates and encourages PowerUp because it helps you build your steempower. If you follow those rules, I think the curators will be very happy and will always visit your blog to support your posts.

• Gives me more reward for voting:
  When you have enough steempower in your wallet, I bet that you will be growing your steem from different angles, both in voting and also in creating posts. With this, I bet that your growth on the platform will just be like a movie and also a surprise to many people.

I will conclude by saying that steempower has great influence in my work on the platform; it does all the necessary work that needs to be done because, when you have enough steempower, you will not stress yourself looking around for votes; all you have to do is just support people, and other curators will also support you in return.

How is your commitment to collect steempower?

Truely, I am really working hard to see that I grow my steempower in many ways, and all thanks to the Steemit team for bringing up the club status; if not for this great initiative, most of us will not have enough steempower like we do today, all we will always do is to create posts, and by the end of the day we will cash them all out.

I am really working hard all day to create posts, although my new job is not giving me much time. But I have to wait till midnight, then I can create posts and publish most of them that night or the following day, so this has made me belong to the club, while also saving my energy and looking up to becoming a dolphin in no distant time.
