WHICH ONE IS BETTER?
Introduction
Good day to you, I welcome you to my page.
Here I'm going to be discussing about the topic WHICH ONE IS BETTER?.
I talk about the better option in the given options to choose from.
As you go through the write-up, I hope it will be worth your while.
Employee or Entrepreneur
Both of them are as a means of making money and providing for yourself and your family.
Both have it's challenges and benefits.
I. Employee: life as an employee is quite easier than life of an entrepreneur. That's because as an employee, you don't have to think much about your business because you actually have no business doing.
All you need do is get to your work place everyday. Then when the time comes, you get paid. It is as simple as that.
But the challenge here is that if you are jobless, to get a job can be very daunting and tasking.
Also, when you get a job, you have to be present in your workplace everyday. Each day missed, your salary will be deducted.
Again, you will have to be comfortable with having only one source of income. That is you will have to depend only on your salary. And if you get sacked, it will be a thing to experience.
II. Entrepreneur: the life of an entrepreneur is quite difficult than that of an employee.
An entrepreneur has to try to makes sales everyday in order to survive in both business and as an individual.
Without sales, the entrepreneur is as good as finished.
He also has to learn a whole lot of things in order to take ascertain his prowess as an entrepreneur. Not learning will only put him at a disadvantage.
But the benefit of it all is that, you get a control of your time as you can do what you want to do.
Also as an entrepreneur, your income can skyrocket exponentially. You don't have to wait for your monthly salary before you can have money to do things.
Saving or investing
Both of them requires the same actions but gives different results.
One just allows you to save, while the other allows you to save, then invest it in something that brings more money.
I will talk about my personal financial policies with respect to saving and investing.
I. Saving: savings is a way of limiting yourself from spending every money that comes your way. It helps you discipline yourself to keep some portion of your money somewhere for any urgencies or emergencies that may arise.
I try to save as much as I can. I have two accounts which I operate with. One for savings, while the other for current expenditures.
The short term advantages is that it let's you keep money in your bank account for raining days ahead.
And the long term advantages is that over time you become disciplined in trying to save some portion of your money without having to spend it all. And within this period, you must have saved a lot of money that can be helpful to you in time to come.
II. Investing: it is a way of putting your money in a thing with the hopes of getting returns from that thing.
I prefer investing to savings because rather than just keep money lying fallow in your bank account, you can spread the money into different things with the hopes of getting more money from them.
The short term advantages is that your money is safe and has the potential to bring more money.
The long term advantages is that more money will continue to flow from that source of investment.
Steemit or Hive
Since the advent of blockchain technologies, different markets and industries has been infiltrated. That includes social media.
The two prominent social media platforms are Steemit and Hive.
But I choose Steemit.
Here's why.
Steemit has a pool of funds where funds are dispersed to other steemians upon getting upvotes.
You can write about anything on the Steemit platform and get paid for it.
The platform is sub divided into different communities with different themes and activities. You can join anyone based on your preference and interests.
Finally, everyone gets the chance to earn even more rewards with the introduction of the Steemit Engagement Challenge.
Through this challenge, one can get recognition and more support.
As for the Hive platform, there isn't much I can say about it because I'm not a member of the platform.
I try to register once on the platform but it's seems creating an account is not free on hive.
For me I prefer working as an employee because I will be getting my monthly wages.
Talking about entrepreneur, it's also a great way to make money, but business now aday is hard to start because of high cost of living or goods.

That one is true because where I am working at the moment, prices of things change drastically, morning cost of selling differs from afternoon shift depending when you get there for the same goods you bought earlier.
Egg and Flour has turned to gold at the moment and I don't know if is only in Nigeria or Nation wide because I am planning of going back to my village 😝😝

You are right, in job we don't think too much just to be there, get work, complete work and get salary and even we know how much we get at end of month so we can design budget, savings and investment amount where business and Entrepreneur has challenging and a lots of tension. We don't know what will be next and we have loads of our shoulder to manage everything. But if business will go well so this is one the best thing because you are your own boss. Good wishes to you .

Thank you very much but the stress I passed through early this year just to get money from bank that I saved is something that almost made me cry because of the nature of my job.

Certainly the role is what matters and for the fact it generate more income. The tension is always there but what is clear is the strategy each parties adapt.

Although being an employee doesn't implied thinking but talking of stress it is worse, from the moment to step your feet on your work place you got to work until you close, it is even more worse when working in a large company that few workers are available the work load is always high and heavy, being an entrepreneur is always complicated in the begining but once getting to reach our success it is always flexible.

Mehn you are saying the truth there because you must work your ass out and even that most times we are not appreciated for the work we especially in term of covering up just to make sure that work is balance.
