"Self Love : I love Myself.
Sacrificing your well being to please others is a disease that kills silently without your knowledge. Love yourself, take care of yourself, think about yourself, cherish and desire to have a very comfortable life all to yourself.
What is "self love?" explain in your opinion?
Self Love is simply an appreciation. From the word self means yourself, appreciating yourself by yourself first than looking out to others. Value yourself, prioritise your person, all that concerns you should be appreciated by yourself.
An act of forgiving the person in you is also a self love, love your life and set boundaries of good health. It's your life and not anybody's life, if you are down today you will be the only one to feel it and that is the bitter truth.

- Gratitude
I appreciate myself alot, in this life, happiness is all I want and if I make myself happy without anyone's help then I should appreciate my body by eating well, looking good to be healthy.
- Hangout
Listen guys, I give attention to the days I have little money. Yes, I hangout. I don't hangout every single time with friends sometimes I go to nice places to eat what I want to eat, be happy for myself because no one there will appreciate me except I do that by myself.
- Encouraging words
I stand before my mirror to encourage and compliment myself, don't be deceived because not every encouragement or compliments comes from the heart.
- Rest
Number one factor of self love is "rest" just try and love yourself by having a good rest. Take time to relax and have a good sleep, go for vacations and enjoy yourself when you have money. I love sleep alot, I cherish my resting period.
Importance
- Self love makes one grow
- It makes one focused and successful
- It helps a person to be healthy
- It makes one happy
- Lessen stress
- It makes one feel important to him/herself.
In conclusion, love yourself with your whole strength. Place your need first before others, don't throw that love you have for yourself for others because you might be surprised to see no one standing by you to help you. Encouraging oneself is very vital as nobody will encourage you more than yourself, so encouragement make you more confident about your wellness and improve mental health.
