Greetings friends,
Today, I am here among you with the updates on the community of March 2023.
Before locomoting to the details;
want to frame my gratitude to all the moderators and all members for their phenomenal job.
One beautiful quote said by great businessman Ratan Tata:-
If you want to walk fast, walk alone.
But if you want to walk far, walk together.
I believe our members of the community will love to walk far.
In March, several newbies and tenure steemians shared their content inside the community, which shows their trust in us.
Besides that, we recruited two new Discord in charge;
One of our assignment moderators @piya3 is also there.
But as the number of new users is increasing;
I thought to give some responsibility to two of our senior members @rubina203 and @jakaria121.

They are consistently functional themselves on Discord.
They are aware of all the updated rules and regulations of the community and discord.
Like other months, this month I am also cruising to ascertain the precise works of our community Incredible India community

We organized four weekly contest.
We submitted four weekly curation reports.
We submitted four weekly booming reports.
Each Moderator had submitted their weekly reports.
- Like other months this month, in March our moderators also verified newbies in Discord through video verification.
- Our moderators verified all the posts shared inside the community within 24 hrs.
A new moderator @noelisdc joined our community from Venezuela, as our community is a general community and all languages and people are welcome to share their content.

We are running a # miwcc (Mera India weekly comment contest)contest inside the community.
The contest will be sponsored by all of our moderators and myself.Each week @sampabiswas shares the engagement report, which makes every member understand their performance.
Besides that, we are still running hangout and tutorial classes.
Our verification format has been modified;
and now all content is going through the GPT test.

1.We update users with Steemit rules through the tutorial and request members to follow them. Whether it is about plagiarism-free posts, maintaining a club, steemexclusive content, copyright-free picture sources, and bot-free service and now about GPT.
2.Moderators and discord incharge always keep themselves active in Discord to decipher the problems of newbies.
3.Besides helping them, we discuss with newbies to have patience and continue their journey.
4.Every month, we endeavor to execute some new activity so that users can enthrall themselves besides conveying their content.
5.We are also going to surprise our members in April.
6.From April we will share the report of @hungry-griffin on a weekly basis. So that there wouldn't dodge any perplexity related to the community work process.

একা হেঁটে হয়তোবা অনেক দ্রুত অনেকদূর এগিয়ে যাওয়া যায়। কিন্তু এই এগিয়ে যাওয়ার পরে, আমরা হয়রানি ছাড়া আর কিছুই অনুভব করতে পারি না।
কিন্তু আমরা যখন দল বেঁধে, সবাই মিলে একে অপরের হাত ধরে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার চেষ্টা করি। সেখানে হয়তোবা একটু দেরি হয়। তাতে কিন্তু সমস্যা হয় না। আমরা যখন সেই পথ পাড়ি দিয়ে অনেক দূর যেতে পারি। সেখানে কিন্তু আমাদের প্রকৃত সুখ খুঁজে পাই।
প্রথমেই আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ জানাবো। আমার বিষয়ে এত কিছু খোঁজখবর রেখে আমাকে ডিসকাউন্ট ইন চার্জ হিসেবে নিযুক্ত করার জন্য। ইনশাল্লাহ নিজের কাজগুলোকে সঠিকভাবে করার চেষ্টা করব। পরিবারের সাথে যুক্ত থেকে নিজের সততা বজায় রেখে, নিজের কাজকে গুরুত্ব দেব।
আপনি আমাদের জন্য সাপ্তাহিক অনেক সুন্দর একটা প্রতিযোগিতার আয়োজন করেছেন। এবং আপনি বলেছেন, এই প্রতিযোগিতা কখনোই শেষ হবে না।
তাই আমি সবার কাছে অনুরোধ করব। এখনই আপনাদের সময়। নিজেদের ক্রিয়েটিভিটি নিজেদের মেধাকে কাজে লাগিয়ে। কিভাবে আপনি এই সাপ্তাহিক পুরস্কারটা লুফে নেবেন। এটা একান্তই আপনার ব্যক্তিগত ব্যাপার, তবে অনুরোধ করবো সবাইকেই, এখানে অংশগ্রহণ করার জন্য।
আমাদের প্রত্যেকেরই উচিত। আপনি আপনার পোস্টে যে সকল বিষয় তুলে ধরেছেন। প্লাগেরিজম, ক্লাব, কপিরাইট মুক্ত ছবি, এই সবগুলো বিষয়ে আমাদের নিজেদের মধ্যে আয়ত্তে নিয়ে আসা।
কারণ আমি যতদূর জানি, আমরা যখন ধৈর্য ধারণ করব, কোন জিনিস নিজেদের মধ্যে আয়ত্ত করে নেব। এবং ধৈর্য সহকারে একটু একটু করে এগিয়ে যাব। সেই পথে যতই বাধা আসুক না কেন। আমরা সেই পথের সফল হওয়ার চেষ্টা করব ইনশাল্লাহ।
আপনি এপ্রিল মাসে আমাদের জন্য বেশ ভালো একটা চমক নিয়ে আসতে চলেছেন। যেটা আপনি এখনো আমাদের মাঝে প্রকাশ করেননি, আপনি বলেছেন সেটা অনেক বড় একটা চমক, সেই চমক দেখার অপেক্ষায় রইলাম।
অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে, এত ব্যস্ততার মাঝেও আমাদের সাথে এত সুন্দর একটা পোস্ট উপস্থাপন করার জন্য। যেখানে আপনি নতুন আপডেট গুলো সম্পর্কে আমাদের কে অবগত করেছেন। আপনার জন্য অনেক অনেক শুভকামনা রইল, ভালো থাকবেন। সবসময় নিজের খেয়াল রাখবেন।

সবাই মিলে একসাথে জাওয়ার মজাটাই এক অন্যরকম আনন্দ সবাই আমরা যদি একসাথে ধীরে ধীরে হেঁটে যাই তাহলে বহু পথ চলে গেলেও কষ্ট কি জিনিস বুঝতে পারব না।
কিন্তু আমরা যদি একা দ্রুত যাওয়ার চেষ্টা করি তাহলে অনেক কষ্ট হয়ে যাবে সেই যাওয়ার পথে এত কষ্ট করে কেউ একাকীত্ব থেকে যাবে নিজের মনে।
কিন্তু আমরা যদি সবাই একসাথে যায় তাহলে আনন্দের মুহূর্তগুলো থেকে যাবে পাশাপাশি একই জায়গায় সবাই গিয়ে পৌছলে সবার মনে আনন্দ উপভোগ করা যাবে।
তেমন আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে আমরা যদি সবাই একসাথে এগিয়ে যাই তাহলে কমেন্টে অনেক দূর এগিয়ে যাবে পাশাপাশি সবার আনন্দ মুহূর্তগুলোও এক থাকবে।
অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ দিদি অনেক সুন্দর একটি পোষ্ট আমাদেরকে উপহার দিয়েছেন খুবই ভালো লাগলো আপনার পোস্টে পড়ে।

হুম দিদি আপনাদের এই কমিউনিটি তে থেকে আমরা অনেক কিছু শিখতে পারতেছি জানতে পারতেছি ৷ যেটা আমাদের ভবিষ্যতে প্রত্যেকের জন্য খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি বিষয় ৷
আপনাদের এই কমিউনিটি তে থেকে আমরা ধীরে ধীরে আরো অনেক বড় একটি কমিনিউটি গড়ে তুলবো ৷
তাছাড়াও এখানে সাপ্তাহিক টিউটরিয়াল ক্লাস সহ হেংহাউট এর ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে ৷ যেখান থেকে আমরা প্রতিনিয়ত সার্বিক সহযোগিতা কাম্য করি ৷
