Incredible India Community updates for January 2023

How are you all? I hope you all are fine and doing great. I would love to welcome you all to my page;
to visit the last month's community updates.
Like every month, this month I am also proceeding to demonstrate the precise works of our community Incredible India community
That is the update of the Incredible India Community for January 2023.

We submitted four weekly curation reports.
Each Moderator had submitted their weekly reports.
This month also helped various newbies to pass their achievements1 task;
and our moderators also verified them in discord.Our moderators verified all the posts shared inside the community within 24 hrs.
@nainaztengra, pass the delegation for one month to newbies who continue their journey with us by following the mentioned rules in the community.
From this month, Naina also started giving 500sp delegation for the three most active users in this community. @sampabiswas get the delegation user needs to follow some criteria.

Engagement challenge is running in the community
We started weekly hangouts where we try to comprehend users' concerns, listen to their ideas, and engross ourselves through the amusement.
One of our moderator @mayedul running a funny comment contest.
@piya3 is giving a reward to the most engaged user of the month.
@mahir4221, @ piya3 @mayedul, and @sampabiswas starting tutorial classes for newbies.
We update users with steemit rules and request them to follow them, whether it is about plagiarism-free posts, maintaining a club, steemexclusive content, and bot-free service.
So that they can get the curator's support;
and also educate them about copyright-free picture sources.
Moderators always keep themselves active in discord to decipher the problems of newbies.
Besides helping them, we discuss with newbies to have patience and continue their journey.
Every month we attempt to implement some new activity so that users can engage themselves besides sharing their content.
That was all about the updates of January. Next month I will come with some new updates;
so stay tuned to my page and share your views through comments.

অনেক অনেক দোয়া ও শুভকামনা রইল এই কমিউনিটির জন্য। আমি এটাই মনে করি কঠোর পরিশ্রম কখনো বৃথাই যায় না। কেননা আপনাদের কঠোর পরিশ্রম আজ সফলতার দ্বারপ্রান্তে।
কমিউনিটির নিয়ম-শৃঙ্খলা বৃদ্ধিতে সৎ এবং ভালো মানের ব্যক্তিবর্গের দেখা মিলবে। বিশেষ করে কমিউনিটিতে যেসব আপডেট নিয়ে আসা হচ্ছে তা আসলেই খুবই আনন্দ উপভোগ সহ সকলেই লেখনীতে উৎসাহিত হবে।
যেমন ফানি কনটেস্টের আয়োজন এমন কি নতুন কিংবা পুরাতন আমরা যারা steemit সম্পর্কে আরো ভালো ধারণা এবং লক্ষে পৌঁছানোর স্বপ্ন রাখি তাদের জন্যই ক্লাসের আয়োজন করা হয়েছে।
