"We will extend the distribution of rewards to include beneficiaries for all contest winners, whom we will share with our moderators and co-admins.
This practice will encompass winners from contests hosted on both;
the community and personal accounts. In addition to recognizing contest winners, we are committed to allocating beneficiaries to our administrative team, recognizing the pivotal role of moderation in advancing our platform. We kindly request the support of the Steemit team in endorsing this initiative, which we believe will serve as a source of motivation for our users. Furthermore, we have decided to institute a weekly reward system to honor the three most outstanding users based on their quality, engagement, and consistency." Weekly curation report submitted. Top post and top engaged user announced. All posts verified inside the community within 24 hours. We successfully conducted tutorial classes each week and discussed essential topics. Each week, our co-admin published an engagement report and the job she concluded weekly. I submitted a booming weekly report from the community account each week;
maintaining all the criteria set by booming. Till season three, we never disobey any regulations of booming. We also arranged a hangout, and our members enjoyed themselves. Each day, I curated posts from the community account;
No matter whether anyone delegated or not!
