Like previous months, today, I am here among you with the updates on the community of August 2023.
Before moving to the details;
want to articulate my gratitude to all the moderators and all members for their phenomenal job.
Like other months, this month I am also proceeding to demonstrate the precise works of our community Incredible India community

Besides that, I applied for an engagement challenge, and by the grace of God! We selected for the season-12
A few rules mentioned to follow Guidelines
- Each moderator submitted their weekly moderator reports.
- Apart from the moderator report, our senior moderator @sampabiswas indulged;
weekly engagement report each week.
- We successfully conducted tutorial classes with newbies and discussed essential topics.

- Every week, I submit weekly curation reports.
- Like the other months this month, we also accomplished hangouts with our members.
- We appointed a new moderator from Venezuela @crismenia.
I want to thank you, @adeljose, to this open platform;
for suggesting an efficient moderator for our community.

- We completed some video verification of newbies who passed achievement1.

- The engagement challenge season-12 will starts from September.
- Community again selected for the booming support(Tier-1) Started from 30th July.

- We are still running hangout and tutorial classes.
- We included #burnsteem25 in the community.
- Our community moderators always verify posts within twenty-four hours.
- No matter the author's country and language, our motto is to give everyone an equal opportunity.
We all are consistently functioning on Discord to solve the problems of the users;
no matter whether the user is a newbie or tenure.
Our members also come forward and solve the queries if that comes to their scope of knowledge.

We will continue the other works;
that we are following from the beginning.
As I always mentioned, one familiar line;
that enunciated by the generous businessman Ratan Tata:-

I believe every member of this community will follow the above ideology and make a difference;
to comprehend why we are exceptional by maintaining all the decorum.

Ma'am, you have presented all the activities of the entire month very nicely through this post. Where you have very nicely discussed the contest details organized by the community, weekly report of each moderator, weekly engagement report of users. Even you shared all the details of awarding the winners of the hangouts and contests. Once again, I would like to congratulate everyone on being selected for Engagement Challenge. Hope everyone will participate in this engagement challenge and help move the community forward.

আমি মনে করি স্টিমিয়ানদের জন্য এটি ইতিবাচক, যেহেতু প্ল্যাটফর্মে অনেক ভাষাভাষী স্টিমিয়ান আছে। আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে ভাষার ক্ষেত্রে কোনো বাধ্যবাধকতা নেই।

Many awards have been distributed in this one month which is really amazing. Post contests in the community with prizes, hang out prizes and engagement prizes. I believe our community is extremely rewarding.
Also many new members have been added to the community and their appearance is verified. Beginners are guided through tutorial classes.
We try to make everyone work properly. By following the right rules one can move forward.
