You are absolutely right, it is not possible for any of us to read another's mind. But yes, we can guess a little by looking at their body language. In fact, the content of the contest asks you to imagine whose mind you would want to know if you had the opportunity. You have presented the whole content very nicely, where you want to read the three minds of the managing director, your sister and your pastor.
