Me honras con tú invitación a ver tan suculento platillo amiga. Arroz frito con chili. WOW!! Lo que más me sorprende es el anacardo en el arroz.
En mi país y región el anacardo lo podemos consumir directamente del árbol y procesar su nuez, pero lo consumimos como un snack o triturado en helados o tortas, pero en el arroz no.
Es algo que tendría que probar, capaz y encuentro el amor en el arroz frito con chili como te sucedió a ti en ese restaurante de Calcuta.
